The company didn't do anything wrong, I had just requested real time pictures to post a review and it was all lost in translation. I asked for this because when I first called BasketBelle, I dealt with a very kind human being, not sure who that was. Things went somewhat downhill after I placed the order, due to the request of a picture. However, Cameo did everything she could to make things right, which is why I am giving this review a 5/5. chris quincey: We just use these guys for our wedding. They're prices were so affordable at such a tough time in the world it's nice to be able to have nice things at affordable prices. The flowers they made were so beautiful! They were absolutely gorgeous! There's not a single thing we can find to complain about whatsoever! She was so easy to deal with and she worked so hard in making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Unlike our cake and the venue the flowers turned out flawless! I would recommend this small family business to everyone I know and everyone else that I don't know as it was a fantastic experience at an amazing price and I have nothing bad to say at all!!! nothing but praise!

Roma Flowers, obviously, uses the freshest flowers because after 6 days, the bouquets look as if they were just delivered.The different colors, types of flowers and the various greenery used shows the experience the florist has.We will definitely will become patrons of this business
