Full stop.I had a niche goal where I wanted to either repair or update my antique record playing cabinet. I required a house call as it is too large and delicate to easily transport. I reached out to several vintage repair shops and modern AV places and not a single one was willing to do a housecall for this request until I was connected with Sam at National Audio Video. He agreed to come out the very next morning and collaborated with me on a way to affordably update the cabinet for the 21st century by cleverly using some of its empty nooks and crannies. What I loved is that he was as excited about the project as I was! I'm typing this only a day later as I listen to my cherished cabinet - it looks completely unchanged, but sounds 20x better with brand new electronics inside.I cannot speak highly enough regarding my experience. This place is made up of passionate audiophiles and is the obvious go-to spot for any Audio/Video needs.
Aaron “Grizzled Beef” T: The best experience ive had at any electronics dealer ever bar none. Maybe even one of the best shopping experiences ever. The store itself is incredibly beautiful both esthetically and in presentation every detail is well thought out and intentional. The staff however are on a whole other level of not only knowledge but service. Not once in the litteral 3hrs i was there was i ever being sold anything. I could go on and on but honeslty you need to just go there or check em out online and chat with them and buy your stuff from these guys. Companys like this are less than a dime a dozen.
