Gurpreet Kaur: I was having the worst day of my life today but then I met James at the store. He had no idea about my day but he gave the best customer service someone can ever give. The management should give him a raise or something for appreciating his efforts thats extra above and beyond for customers. While doing the billing he asked me about my favourite animal and I didn’t know why he asked me that later until when he started drawing for me. Good people do exist and they come in a form of angels to show that you’re having a blessed day.

They have a large selection of high-quality food with no byproducts listed. There is a decent amount of treats and toys to choose from as well, and the pricing is less than that of pet value and pet land.

A. Crab: I like Pet Planet a lot, it's a great place to shop to keep your dollars in your community and province.I've been to 4 of them in Edmonton. This one being way up north had a very good selection of items. I'm used to my local Pet Planet going above and beyond for me, and while this location would not, I can't fault them too much for being just fine.
Kari Mayer: These people clearly care about the animals and the guardians that come in! I can ask questions, gush about my own furbabies and the laugh, listen to stories of their animal adventures, and just feel very welcomed and wanted there.PS For all grooming needs see Katie! I have had many many dogs who hated grooming and nails, and they LOVED her!

I'm also definite that your pets would enjoy the toys available here so I bought two for my mom's dogs and I was not even surprised that they enjoy playing with those toys.

K: Mango looks amazing after her grooming. It was a great value, and completed in a reasonable time. She was super happy when we picked her up and kept trying to cuddle with the groomer. Highly recommended, we will be back for sure

The producer's website listed Bone & Biscuit as a retailer, but did not specify which location. Staff greeted me immediately and went above and beyond to contact another store they were sure had stock, and one was indeed still available. Clearly care about their clients, whether of the two or four legged variety.
