Z A: Highly recommended business. I rented an inflatable motor boat from here. It came with all the equipment needed to set up easily. Two boats and motor fit in the trunk of my sedan. The boat was excellent with lots of space and a good load capacity. Even the lighter weight 2.5hp motor gave me enough speed to carry 800lbs load swimmingly. Fuel worth travelling miles was included.That being said, the equipment are only as good as the companies that make them. The best experience for me was the owner of this establishment, Ray. He is one of the most pleasant people I have dealt with. Other than following business and safety standards on the dot, it was his patience, kindness and generosity that sets him apart from other owner operators of niche businesses. Bottom line, he's a great human being.I highly recommend everyone explore our beautiful nature and waterways with the help of this wonderful establishment.

Gave me a lot of advice and showed me what the material I was looking lasted under heavy use. Spoke about great spots to paddle and you could tell he is there for the love of boating. Long story short I changed my mind and decided to buy something he had in stock. No pressure sales just great boating advice. You make your decision on your own but if you want advice he has an educated answer. Can't say enough good things about this company and the people who own/work there. Steve Setka: I rented a canoe from Wpg Canoe Rentals and the process was smooth, simple, and very efficient. The process online was very quick, registering, and paying a small deposit to hold the canoe. The arrival and pick up took no longer than 20 minutes including paperwork, payment, instructions, and vehicle attachment. The return process was also very simple, well instructed, and efficient which took me about 15 minutes. The owner runs a kind and organized business that is very easy to navigate. I highly recommend considering this business for your canoe rentals.

I needed to rent some equipment and I spoke with Cam on the phone about it.Not only did he help me arrange the rental with great recommendations, but when I arrived, he was the one to help me pick up the equipment.The units didn't fit into my vehicle's trunk so he immediately got to work arranging a trailer and he set all of the equipment up securely on the trailer without a moment of hesitation. He went over the details of how everything worked and what was required for me to return everything.He showed a noticeable concern for my interests and went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. This level of customer service is exceptional and it always deserves a mention to at least give a modicum of credit where due.Thanks Cam!! I'm recommending others to work with United so they can get taken care of like I was.

Chris Gleeton: I brought my Giant Trance X to have all the parts swapped over to a new carbon frame for warranty purposes. They took the bike on pretty short notice, and were able to get the work done within a few days. This frame swap was a very complex one with a ton of parts and cable/wire routing, and the work done was top notch. I feel like my bike was very well taken care of throughout. The warranty request with Giant was also completed through Olympia, and they took care of all the back-end work. The staff were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and caring.

Like, they've been picked off the shelf slowly before they've been packed for skipping. Sometimes a week before shipping. Not Woodcock. The person shipping my gear was named Olga, I believe, and my stuff actually got to Halifax about 4 or so days sooner than I expected via Canada Post.TLDR: Thanks, team! Philippe Bardet: I love the annual maintenance that is included with bike purchases. Note that it’s now a 50% discount since 2021. I especially like the fact that recommendations on part changes are not driven by spending and that if a part change is not necessary after initial estimation, technicians won't proceed with the change just for the sake of it.My last service was for 3 bikes and despite asking for level 2 service, they decided it wasn’t necessary in my case due to some parts being replaced, so they just charged level 1 price. It is a nice surprise when you see the final bill. Thanks for being honest.
