Philippe Bardet: I love the annual maintenance that is included with bike purchases. Note that it’s now a 50% discount since 2021. I especially like the fact that recommendations on part changes are not driven by spending and that if a part change is not necessary after initial estimation, technicians won't proceed with the change just for the sake of it.My last service was for 3 bikes and despite asking for level 2 service, they decided it wasn’t necessary in my case due to some parts being replaced, so they just charged level 1 price. It is a nice surprise when you see the final bill. Thanks for being honest.
