john l: I was welcomed as soon as I stepped in, came before their opening hours. Got there 7:50 AM and waited for Pre-Screening which took about 5 minutes as I was second in line. Got to 4th floor for the process which took another 5 minutes. Whole process took 30-45 minutes approximately as waited till they open. Great experience every staff was friendly to me! Thank you!

Calliopi: I made an appointment for yesterday morning. Arrived 10 minutes early as required. Entered and was immediately directed to go to 4th floor. I was directed to wait in line at a desk. A few minutes later I was Assisted with my application. A few minutes after I was done.I did turn up with all required documents and it went smoothly. Passport officer and other staff were polite and helpfuI. It was a good experience.
