The experienced and knowledgeable staff called me within two hours to give me a price on the repair. The price they quoted was very reasonable - much lower than I’d expected. The repair was done three hours later - the machine works perfectly. It’s like I have a new vacuum cleaner for a fraction of the cost to replace it. Terrific service and workmanship!! They sold us the system that was best for our situation and reassured us that any bigger would be unnecessary. We were happy to a pay the price difference to get the best.Performing our own installation nearly ended my marriage. If I had the chance to go back in time I would have splurged on professional installation.

Jefferson called me afterwards to see how everything went. I would highly recommend Vacuflo. We had their system in our home 25 + years ago and never any issues with the system. Lane Helms: I have had a VacuFlo system in my house for 10 years. It is a great system!The staff at the office are polite and know their product very well. However, when my system needed service, I found their service to be unreliable, non-responsive and extremely slow. I had to phone three times before their service subcontractor returned my call. Three weeks later. He took a component of my system back to the shop for repair. Told me I'd have it back in a week. Three weeks late I phoned to inquire about my unit. The people at the store could not speak for their service subcontractor, so I still don't know if or when my system will be fixed.Very poor service!
Dan Lafond: . His workmanship was fantastic. His piping solutions are well placed and are not intrusive in any room. The products that we purchased are all great. The unit has a very strong suction. The attachments are all perfect and well suited for our needs. The storage is great as everything is easily tucked away and hidden. I like the idea of the hose soc as it really helps to protect the walls and furniture. Overall the products are all high quality and will endure use for a long time. I recommend Vacuflo for anyone considering a central vac option for their home. Well done!
Brett Mitchell: . The whole hose is contained in the wall. The power is a wifi switch on the wand so there are no cords either. Just a couple of batteries to change every few years.We recently sucked up a fabric belt into the system which clogged it. I called the Winnipeg office and an extremely kind gentleman walked me through how to troubleshoot and fix it myself. He said the clog usually ends up at the end of the hose. And I learned from him that the whole hose comes easily out of the wall! So even if we could not fix it we could just take the hose into the shop!The belt was at the end of the hose and was easily removed with a pair of needle nose pliers.Thanks Vacuflo!
