The McKay’s: My experience with this Uhaul location was excellent. David, who helped me with completing my rental agreement was awesome. Booked the 15 ft truck online and checked in ahead of time. I would recommend this location. Returning the vehicle was simple, as long as you did this during working hours. It’s amazing how different some people experiences are. All you need is to have patience.

Rear hub needed repair which they expedited for us as we had two pets in the truck on a very hot day. I cannot thank them enough for their thorough checkup on the rest of the truck and trailer we had to make sure we would get to Saint John safe and sound.

All straightforward and easy.Today the trailer was waiting for me. The staff at the location did all the needed paperwork and hooked the trailer for me.When I came back, they ran the "return trailer process" and un-hooked.Everything worked like a charm, and the people there did go above and beyond.I will rent again from U-Haul.

Køl Tergesen: Hands down best place to get your keys cut in Winnipeg. never once had a key not work that I got from here. An unlike the kids operating the machines at the big box stores which often make mistakes, this guy knows what he is doing. no nonsense customer service at a less than expected price. couldn't ask for better. shop local.

J: Booked BTB with Sheldon to pick up a snowmobile in Alberta. Communication was excellent, Sheldon responded to questions in a very reasonable timeframe, gave me a quote and stuck to it. You have to be reasonable as a customer as you might book for a pickup in one part of the country and he might be in the exact opposite side of the country when you book so you have to be reasonable in your expectations of when the unit gets picked up. I would definitely use BTB again. 5 Stars.

Miguel Regis made everything so simple and convenient. everything was set up when we got to the site and he also put out a large mat, table and chairs and small BBQ with propane. he was available by phone for any questions throughout our stay.We will definately be using them again!

With a prompt drop off at our campsite having set up everything we need. I mean everything including chairs, a lovely outdoor area rug, generator, BBQ and more. We did nothing but load the fridge, then enjoy some "glamping". Can't wait to book with Regis again.
