But then I went back and worked at it for about an hour an got the towel out. I cancelled my appointment. Pretty sure it wasn't fixable but I wanted to do my due diligence to confirm. I looked online and after reading the reviews and seeing that this company had 4.9 stars, I gave them a call. I have never used Fix Up Pro before.Alex was very helpful. We reviewed a few things over the phone and determined it was likely not worth spending any money to fix it. That's service in my opinion. He even went so far to direct me to better replacement options and some stores to avoid, in his opinion of course. He also answered a few questions about my mother-in-laws washer that I am attempting to fix. It seems like you don't get that many pleasant and helpful people on the phone now a days. Adam Belaire: I've used their service twice. The first time it was great. They helped me with a squeaky dryer drum. The second time was a bit of a headache. Took four visits to finally get the dryer motor replaced even then it wouldn't spin if it's a full load. Speaking with the manager about the issue, they were kind enough to offer a refund. It is nice to see a company that stands behind their work and willing to go the extra mile to make things right.
