Andrea Reimer: I went to see Kitt to get my earlobes re-pierced and they were absolutely wonderful!! They explained the process from start to finish, and walked me through the whole process as they went through each step. It barely hurt at all, certainly far less than I remember from the piercing gun they used when I got them pierced as a kid! I can’t recommend Kitt enough!

Krista Magdic: Ok so I don’t even have the words to describe how much we absolutely loved our experience with Mel at Iron Lotus! We had booked a group tattoo appointment. My mom, my daughters and myself had a vision of what we wanted and Mel made that vision a tattoo! Walking into the shop is welcoming and warm. Everyone was kind and friendly. The 4 of us sat for about 4 1/2 hours and there wasn’t a dull moment. We laughed and made a great memory. Mel was patient with the 2 who has never had a tattoo, my mom, who’s 76 and my daughter who’s 22. She walked them through the process, explained that’s their feelings of nerves were valid.
