Kimbaek Restaurant: what do users think?

Nate Abarca: One of two Korean restaurants I would consistently recommend! This cozy resto located in near HSC is a literal “don’t judge a book by its cover”. I’ve been coming here for years and they have always had great food! Heck, I even use my favourite mobile ordering app and get their food to my home. Whether I’m eating with friends or eating alone, it’s a total cozy vibe. Come here for good food and fast service!

Ramona Riddick: Best Korean food in Winnipeg. Their gamjatang is phenomenal in particular

Sikiru Lawal: Recommended dishes Grilled Pork Belly, Bulgogi

Hong Du Kkae: what do users think?

Norman Gary: perfect

G Wong: Was pleasantly surprised at how good their pork bone soup was. The broth was delicious and they gave so much meat I wasn't able to finish it on my own. Prices were very reasonable, staff were friendly even the robot was a cute add on feature. I would like to go back and try the army base stew next. I cannot comment on the other dishes they serve but if you are wanting a good pork neck soup/gamjatang and is in the area I would give it a try.

Guoxiang Zu: The food is served very quickly, and he often solves meals at his house. In the current era of soaring prices, less than 20 dollars can satisfy a big man. There are vegetables, meat, soup, and bicycles. In addition, the cold noodles recently launched by his family are delicious. It is comfortable to eat cold noodles in the hot summer!

xinya zhou: Very traditional Korean restaurant~ The big bone soup is very fresh, and the barbecue is also delicious!

TravelerTT: I went here many times and the kimchi pancake really delicious. I also ordered the new dish called Mini army base stew, I never seen this in winnipeg. And their service is great and the robots so cool

Andrew Zhang: My favorite Spicy Gamjatang in town. The soup is creamy and the meat is tender. This place is a great value for warm food in the cold weather.

Steven T: it was stellar, still 5 stars! People are way too critical nowadays. My food was served hot, it was fresh, and tasted real good. And from a health standpoint the place looked clean, and didn't smell bad. When cleaning isn't stringent, you can smell it. Again, this place is 5/5 for me. Nov. 22/2022 6/5!❤️❤️

Riley Woo: 10/10 korean bbq was amazing

Little Korea: what do users think?

Alexandre Caron: This restaurant is a little gem, even if the dining room is small with limited space. I felt the price on the menu was fair for the portion you're offered. Can't blame inflation on the restaurateur; only on the Trudeau government, obviously. Enough political talk. If you feel like eating Korean meals, I suggest you give this place a try. Notabene: My $20-30 range selection includes tipping. So go ahead and treat yourself at Little Korea.Dietary restrictions: Presence of seafood. Please advise your waiter / waitress if you are allergic.

Patricia Stampe: Amazing food at a great price. Staff are always friendly.Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian optionsKid-friendliness: Family friendly

Momo Japanese & Korean Restaurant: what do users think?

Michael Farris: I rarely give 5 stars but this is my goto Korean eatery. 30+ times. Highlights begin with the Sushi. There are two chefs working full time just on the rolls. Crazy Roll platter+++Korean dishes are a step above the 4-5 other Korean places I tried. The sides are tasty and I like especially the maple syrup take on the potatoes. I admit I am surprised at the negative reviews since I've never been disappointed with food or serviceThe space is often crowded. Some waiting in peak hours and seating is close. Decor is utilitarian. I haven't tried their takeout but see a lot of bags going out the door.

Albert Chen: Stopped by for dinner and tried their tonkatsu bento box! Comes with your choice of edamame or agedashi tofu, salad, miso soup, California rolls, vegetable tempura and rice! Tonkatsu had a nice fry and same with the tempura. Good sized portion and reasonable price! Finished the meal and they’re offering a slushee drink as part of their anniversary celebration and there’s either a coffee option or a Korean fermented rice drink that’s typically served as a dessert! Will definitely come back when I’m craving a bento box, and need to try their sushi next time!

Vasana Sith: I can see myself becoming a regular customer here solely for their crab.

El: Their sushi was really good! Probably one of the best I had in the city and definitely a new favourite. I didn’t really like the bibimbap as much but the rest of the food I ordered was yummy. We also had tempura which was pretty good. The day we went it was pretty busy so the food took a while to get here.

Norman Gary: good sushi, and nice atmosphere.
