The minute I walked in, I was greeted by the fabulous team at Birchwood VW on Regent Ave. Eric Thomson was the Product Advisor that I had the pleasure of dealing with. When I came in, all of the new 2023 GTIs were already spoken for the but team followed up on the spot with all of the the people who had reserved the vehicles, and by some miracle, the exact one I wanted was available.
