Ali Mohammadzadeh: My partner and I have recently opened a personal account with National and we had a great experience with this branch. Amit, the branch advisor, was a great help walking us through different account options and available promotions and gave us the chance to decide the best option. He was always available to answer our questions through email with a one-day response time which was very convenient and satisfying. He also gave me a call whenever I had a question to provide me with right answers that I was looking for. I personally think this is the better way of treating the clients compared to other known banks that you have to wait a long time to get back from them with template answers.

Curtis ATVPRO: , the only downside to financing a snowmobile purchase is not being able to pay off a loan when you make a call 5 days earlier. This effected my purchase of the one I wanted. It was sold during the time it took me to pay off my other loan early.I should note I DID GET CALLS BACK....they were automated surveys for service provided....... yeah.
