Cecilia L: I can’t believe how awful the write off process was with MPI and how much help Chris had offered. Our claim was stuck for years as the adjuster was avoiding calls and threaten for denial. Chris gave us numerous of suggestions and tons of his time to help us get through. And when he took over, the claim was done in two weeks. Over three times as much as MPI’s initial offer and over 50% more than their last! Thanks Chris!
