Lawrence: Mel Dueck, the owner, is an excellent sales and marketing professional. Based on our previous experience with Windeck in 2007, when they supplied and installed the railings onto our contractor built deck. We did not even shop the competition when it came time to repair or replace our deck, instead we consulted with Mel. We were told it would be 2 months before the work would begin and we asked to be considered if any cancelations occurred earlier, and lo and behold our deck was completed 6 weeks ahead of the expected start date. And the assignef crew, Dustin and Mitch, were absolutely the best anyone could wish for. They were very experienced, conscientious, skilled, thorough, meticulous, friendly, and everything else one could hope for to complete a job like this, including the cleanup! I recently called to ask what to do about one of the posts settling due to the recent drought conditions. Mel, the guy that I dealth with originally, called me back and discussed my options. Luckily for me, it was something I was able to adjust myself with no problems.
Kim McKay: We built the deck on our new home 2 years ago, and decided to take our time and not rush into installing a railing. We knew we wanted a glass railing system as to not disturb our view. We checked out many options and did a lot of looking. We heard about Windeck and started the process in May of 2020. Brandon was very knowledgeable and offered great advice. Due to our rural location, all of our decisions were made over the phone, and via email. Brandon did everything from sending out color samples, emailing photos and answering our many questions. We had our local contractor install our posts and we did as much of the glass install as we could, and then had Windeck finish up the rest. Windeck offered us great advice and professionalism from start to finish! We are really looking forward to spending time on our completed deck this summer and for many more years to come. We highly recommend Windeck to all our friends and family!

I soon discovered that his quote was a better value than other similar businesses. Plus he was friendly to deal with. I was unfamiliar with measuring but Hannes was able to guide me. In the end, the railings fit perfectly and it was far less hassle than I imagined. Call or email Alpine iron works. It's better than aluminum railings and worth every penny.
