We do ask of our clients if you are bringing any rental items back to sanitize them before bringing them back to us or, if you are unable to make it in by your rental expiry date to please give us a call and we will wait for a better time for you to have the items returned.

Ray Gnik: ...Just returned a Knee scooter that I rented after a week once my sister passed on her mobile scooter to me ...Was initially charged for the whole month even after I fixed the righthand brake on the unit which required my daughter running back to the store for the parts the day after initially getting it ....After later contact by the Manager and being refunded a major portion of the rental I am totally satisfied with the results...Just shows their willingness to work things out !

Denisse Roque: It was my first time to return crutches that I rented from them. They called the next day that I got injured to go over the payment and policies. The person who assisted me at the store was very nice and welcoming. I returned and paid for the fees in under 5 mins. I even got a free pen! Overall a great experience. They also had great covid precautions which I appreciated.
Jasmine M: My dad had to get a shower chair, the first one purchased unfortunately fell apart but I was able to exchange for a better model. Very kind and helpful people, great customer service and definitely will come back for anything else my father might need in the future.
Cliff Edwards: Homequip did a great job installing a custom chairlift in our home for my mother-in-law. Because we originally had two sets of stairs divided by a landing, we installed two standard lifts as the cheaper, more easily done option. When that didn't work out because of her mobility issues, Homequip removed those, charging just a rental cost for the time they were in the home, and worked diligently on measurements and installation for the custom curved unit. She couldn't be more pleased!
