Barrett de Visser: Great place, fast service, some of the staff can come off as a bit grouchy at times but otherwise fast and professional service. I don't think I have ever spent more than 5 min there getting a fill, and prices are fair. They only charge for the fuel they deliver. I have been charged twice as much at gas stations for the same fill. Cost is nearly half that of other exchange programs, either join theirs, or fill your exchange tank there and swap it with your exchange program as it is about to expire. PS anyone on "regular" retail exchange program, keep in mind that after about 6 or 7 exchanges, you could have bought a brand new cylinder for the extra money spent. Cylinders are certified for 10yrs. Most exchange programs are a ripoff

The McKay’s: My experience with this Uhaul location was excellent. David, who helped me with completing my rental agreement was awesome. Booked the 15 ft truck online and checked in ahead of time. I would recommend this location. Returning the vehicle was simple, as long as you did this during working hours. It’s amazing how different some people experiences are. All you need is to have patience.

Rear hub needed repair which they expedited for us as we had two pets in the truck on a very hot day. I cannot thank them enough for their thorough checkup on the rest of the truck and trailer we had to make sure we would get to Saint John safe and sound.
David Brunstein: The staff working at U-Haul at Regent Ave, Winnipeg, are very knowledgeable about their job and super friendly.I needed a trailer today.Yesterday, I used the website to reserve it with no problems. All straightforward and easy.Today the trailer was waiting for me. The staff at the location did all the needed paperwork and hooked the trailer for me.When I came back, they ran the "return trailer process" and un-hooked.Everything worked like a charm, and the people there did go above and beyond.I will rent again from U-Haul.
