Would absolutely recommend the buying process to anyone ESPECIALLY if you're newish to the boating world.Be forewarned - this is a seasonal business, and if you're operating in the busy season they're going to be... busy. So, you might end up on hold or have to wait a bit. But they reward that with customer service I have NEVER BEFORE EXPERIENCED with a marine sales/service outfit.

Thane Maddaford: I had an insurance claim on my boat after hitting a rock and took the boat to Anchor to have my outboard repaired. Jaret got the estimate done and sent it to my insurance company. The parts were ordered and the boat is now repaired and ready for the lake again. Once the parts arrived I dropped it off at 9am and done by 1pm. Overall a great experience with Jaret. I was always called regarding the claim and setting up the appointment for the repair. It's great to see some old fashioned great customer service. Two thumbs up. Anchor Marine is a great company do get your boat repaired.

This year we ran into some mechanical difficulties the first weekend we used the waverunner after getting it out of storage. Chris has always made himself available outside of business hours which gives us some piece of mind if we have any questions or concerns. He will troubleshoot over the phone to try and get you up and running. When bringing in for service, his turnaround time is very short. He understands the urgency we all have with getting our machines up and running again due to our short summers. In our case, he had our machine back up and running on the water within three days.
