Sonya Mann: Area rug store had a sale about a month ago, not at their normal location. I bought a full size rug there but they did not have the matching runner at the time nor was I sure I wanted it. I contacted them earlier this week and sent them picture of the rug I had, and the owner took care of me and sent me a pic back of matching runner. When I arrived to store, she even honoured the same price they had over a month ago during their sale for runners. Good quality carpets and good service, she even remembered me. I would shop here again and recommend this to friends and family.

We went into the store with an idea of the shade we wanted and he gave us a couple styles that what would fit our lifestyle. He came out and did the measuring, we paid and within 2 weeks everything was done. The installation crew was also fast and professional.We haven't had much luck with contractors in the past so this was a very refreshing experience. I would highly recommend to go see them if you are looking for new flooring!

Reg Quiring: Stopped by the Winnipeg Century Ave store to in January to check for suitable carpet tiles for the cottage. Lots of grey tones but hoping for something warmer to go with old pine. Cam let me know a big shipment was expected in a few weeks and promised to email me when available. Cam followed up with 5 photos of the new stock. Went in to see and one style looked very good. Took a sample out to the cottage and it was just right!Cam and everyone else we interacted with at the store were all very friendly and helpful. Very happy with the quality and price too!

Anne Poonwassie: I had numerous problems with an engineered wood product. Months later the manufacturer produced an inaccurate report and refused to honour the warranty and remedy the issues. A&R Carpet Barn offered to refund my cost of the flooring and labor. I am beyond grateful that this business honoured their commitment to exceptional customer service when the manufacturer failed to do so.

We hired Carpet Barn’s contracted installer Martin and he did an excellent job with the installation! When I had an issue with one of the boxes of material Hugh arranged for a refund without any issue. Great customer service and professional installation, I would highly recommend!
