Tammy Wilson: Margo connected me with Rob the digital transfer tech. I was super excited to learn that they do not ship the video tapes out to another agency or province to do the digital transfers, that Rob did it himself, locally. This was a huge concern for me for years as I did not want these tapes "lost in the mail" and is the only reason I waited so long to get them done. I just received my digitial transfered video's back from River Heights Music yesterday and I am absolutely amazed at the quality of the footage being that the original Mini DV tapes are 19 years old. Rob was very informative, prompt and clear with his communications, the service was much faster than I had expected and the price was totally within reason. He even provided me with a free chip reader because the one I supplied was not working properly. I highly recommend Rob at River Heights Music for any and all of your photo / video transfer needs! I am forever grateful to have these beautiful memories at my fingertips in a format I can easily use to share with my now adult children. If I could give them 10 out of 10 stars, I absolutely would! =

Samuel E Salinas: Most recently in August of 2017 I placed in order through this company's web site using the paypal service. I was a little nervous placing my order through a company I had never heard of but, within a few weeks I received my order in the mail. I am 100% satisfied with the service and outcome of the order! Although the company does business in Canada they are still dependable and a great resource for out of print sheet music.

The young man on duty told me the service person was sometimes able to install a pin with short notice. I ran home, got the ukelele. The nice repair man was still there and installed the pin while the young man helped me find a strap and taught me why I wasn't able to do a bar chord! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'm really glad that I ventured out to Quest!!
