The arts and cultural organizations of Manitoba, funded by the Arts Branch, play a significant role in the health, well-being, social cohesion and social inclusion of Manitobans. They also contribute to the growth of our economy through support, training and employment of artists and arts professionals; and by fostering the development of tomorrow’s creative minds essential to Manitoba’s success in the new knowledge-based economy.
To achieve this objective, the branch assists and supports community initiatives to promote access by all Manitobans to the study, creation, production, exhibition and publication of works in the arts. The branch delivers support to the development of Manitoba’s film and sound recording, publishing, visual arts and crafts industries, including support to the Manitoba Film and Sound Recording Development Corporation.

Scott Kilborn: Scotland Pavilion was fantastic. Food and entertainment, and we bought a tea service set and a magnet of a piper. Everything was a lot better than twenty years ago. I absolutely enjoyed myself.

I had the pleasure of having my bridal shower hosted at the Caboto Centre and it could not have been more perfect. Working with Carly is always a pleasure, professional, organized, creative, she ensured the day was just perfect. The food was absolutely delicious, with ample compliments, along with the kind , professional staff. This venue is a must!
Tony Cerminara: Now that a week has almost passed since our daughter's wedding, and our lives are returning to some level of normal, I wanted to take a few minutes to personally thank each and every employee of Centro Caboto for the outstanding job they all did for our daughter's Wedding on July 08. It was truly the wedding of her dreams! The main Mauro Hall was transformed into an Oasis of flowers and stunning decorations. The kitchen staff led by the amazing Gerry Lomonaco was incredible. A week later we are still hearing compliments about how great the food was. To Mike, Carly, Joey and all front of house staff, the service was second to none. The recent additions and renovations to the hall have this as Winnipeg's Premier destination for banquets from 10-350 persons. Thank you again, from the bottom of our hearts! Curtis Moore (Moore Photography): I can't say enough about the Caboto Center in Winnipeg, the venue for Danielle & Gianni's wedding that I had the pleasure of photographing. The room they decorated was absolutely stunning! The ambiance and attention to detail created a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly complemented the couple's style. The staff at the Caboto Center were incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that everything ran smoothly throughout the event. If you're looking for a venue that offers a cozy and beautifully decorated space, the Caboto Center is a fantastic choice. It provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable wedding celebration.
AJ's Mystic Mirror and Custom Creations: We have done two events here. One was a grad with our Camper Photo Booth in the back patio and the second was a beautiful wedding. The staff at Caboto Centre is extremely helpful and friendly. The venue is so versatile. Very clean with a ton of parking. Would highly recommend to have an event here!

Melanie Brawdy: Carly and the staff at the Caboto Centre are wonderful! We had our wedding celebration at the Caboto Centre, and they went above and beyond to make the day special. They are amazing at accommodating dietary restrictions, and even made the entire menu gluten free. And the food was amazing! From setup, to food, to great atmosphere, I definitely recommend the Caboto Centre for a large event.
