John Schaffner: These guys are the best. We were trying to leave town for the long weekend and had issues with our trailer connection. Swung by 30 minutes before they closed and they had us on the road in 5 minutes. 👏🏼
Chris Horbacio: We bought a small camper and required a weight distribution hitch, electric brake controller and sway bars. Craig was wonderful in explaining everything to us over the phone, as we had zero experience or prior knowledge of this stuff. Gave us all the options and prices. Got everything installed quickly. Took a good 15-20 mins to thoroughly explain how to properly hook it up to our camper. They’ve been in business since the 1920’s, they know what they’re doing and won’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need. Very reasonably priced, ended up being a few hundred cheaper than the RV store. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

James Clark: Extremely well run shop. I had them run wiring for a 7-pin, and had a trailer brake controller installed. Craig sat with me in the vehicle for a good 15 minutes+ explaining all the features of the trailer break controller. Hard to find such good service as this nowadays.

Mervyn Enns: We are traveling from our home near Winnipeg to Vancouver with our 5th wheel camper. In between WInnipeg and Calgary I noticed the jaws on our 5 year old Curt fifth wheel hitch were open slightly, a little more than I was comfortable with. Jack from Bell Trailers immediately contacted the Curt factory rep and referred us to The Hitch Shop South in Calgary . They didn’t like the play in the mechanism either. Darren from the Hitch Shop called the Curt factory rep and he immediately authorized a new hitch head, no charge! Excellent customer service, great product support from everyone involved.
