At the start of the project, we didn't know exactly what we wanted but Kevin came by to look at our space and made some great suggestions and helped us lay out a beautiful design plan within our budget. Before the design plan was finalized and work got started, he respected our additional ideas and/or concerns and adapted the design as appropriate. Kevin was always prompt and clear in his communications with us and we felt like our project was important to him. When the work started, Kevin came by again with his team, ensured that everyone knew the plan and explained how long things were expected to take. The team as a whole did a great job and answered the questions we had while the work was being done. The quality of the final product was fantastic and they also did a wonderful job cleaning up. Kevin came by again before the project was complete to ensure we were happy with everything. After they left, we noticed a stepping stone that was a bit wobbly - we contacted Kevin, who sent one of his guys to fix it the next day. There were also a couple of plants that did not survive and had to be replaced, which was done promptly as well. Kevin also explained how to care for the new trees, plants, shrubs, etc. to ensure we get the most out of them.
