I needed to stop a northbound shipment on the US side that was close to the border and have it returned to the sender. I called Cole first and instructed them to refuse the shipment for clearance. Then I called the carrier. Timing was close, but Cole caught it, and that saved me time and money!I've had a good relationship with Cole International for a number of years.
