Arlene Nicholson: I took my gold chain there to have the clasp replaced. Instead of costing me over $200 for the clasp, both the clasp and hoop were built up for a fraction of the cost. This kind gentleman knew I was from out of town, and made the effort to have it fixed before I left the city. Great people, old time customer service. I highly recommend this business for any one needing repairs or alterations to their jewelry.

I discussed what I wanted and later that day I was sent an email with the design and different options for the diamond and gem sizes. After that they had the ring built, and it was ready in a week. The entire time I was keep updated with the progress. About 2 months later me and my fiancé went back to have the ring resized. The shop was able to down size it for us that day while we waited.

Even though it was a few months between the date of purchase and the proposal, Sutton made it very easy for us to come in and have the ring sized, which they did in about 45 minutes from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. Kayla Hoskins: I bought a clock from the NFL store with my favourite team logo on it. Within a year the clock started working sporadically. I took it to Winnipeg Jewellers to see if it could be fixed. The owner was very friendly and took the time to explain that these types of clocks are not designed to last, they have cheap mechanisms in there as it's more about the look of the clock than if it will last a long time or not. He was quick to assure me that he could put in a new mechanism that would last a long time and would provide a 1 year warranty. He also replaced the hands in the clock with new ones and it looks a lot more high-end now. Will absolutely recommend and go back for any clock repair needs!

Grace Fendley: Went to get a ring resized, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Offered other solutions if I wanted to hang on to the ring for a little longer. Received complimentary waters as well. Definitely recommend going here for future jewelry purchases

They DID have one of the bands left in stock however it was on hold for someone else.Vaterson and the manager there took my information down and said they would contact head office to see if there was anything that could be done and that they would call by the end of the week. I didn’t honestly think I would hear from them until next week but to my surprise, two days later Vaterson called and said the head office was able to special order my wedding band and the best part? At no extra cost! I was so thankful and went down the same day to pay and order the ring.Vaterson was so lovely to work with and I do believe he made sure he did what he could to help get my band. I would highly recommend Michael Hill especially because of the interactions myself and my fiancé had with Vaterson and I will most definitely purchase more jewelry from them in the future.Thank you so much Vaterson!

I bought a gold chain and she put it in Michael Hill boxes and i got home I opened the box and there was nothing inside and I called them and i was so mad I told her that am the guy who just bought the gold chain from you and now there’s nothing in the box she answered me so respectfully and she said we certainly put it in the box check it again and I checked the box and I figured out I opened the box upside down. I really recommend shopping this store also highly recommend you guys to not open the boxes upside down. Cheers

Lilly took so much of her time to educate me about diamond which I didn’t find this serves in other jewelry stores that I’ve been. I am very satisfied with the service she provided. I really encourage you to go and ask for her as she is very helpful.
wenting qin: My husband bought a ring from Michael Hill in Calgary in Dec and one of dimamonds fell off by accident. I was so stressful and visited Michael Hill Outlet location. The manager Hazel she was so professional and patcient to explain michael hill polocy and told me there was no need to be stressful, she will handle this issue even this ring was not purchase in this location. All of sudden I relieved. Instead of fix the ring, she exchanged with competely new one when she heard our anniversary was January 9 cuz she didnt want me celebrate our anniversary without this beautiful ring. I had excellent customer service in the store. She took care of my feeling and understood me. It was first time we bought from Michael Hill and I would love to come back again cuz I really impressed with the service.
Danielle: Very good and patient staff. The diamond had fallen out of my engagement ring, and it took a bit of pushing but they replaced it, and it looks better than before! Hazel is awesome and explained everything about the ring and warranty very well after I picked it up.

C T: I broke the crystal on my watch and needed it replaced. After calling a few places, I found that Swift does repairs in-house. The staff looked at the watch and explained the work required to fix the damage. The repair was done quickly at a reasonable price. The watch has been working flawlessly ever since.
