Matthew lavallee: Love the exterior and surrounding view. The bank interior is just as any other CIBC. Staff are Friendly and are not racist and will help you until your satisfaction is met.

Jocylene Sy Perez-Yao: I was at Lombard branch Wednesday after 1pm. Teller HS00563 whom I knew from cityplace was the teller. I hope Lombard branch retains said teller as a permanent teller at the bank. Even when she used to be at Cityplace, all I can say is teller has always been nice. Keep it up and everybody be safe.
