I was going to be there the next morning to pick it up. They rushed one in from Morden and it was sitting there waiting for me when I showed up. They showed me a small dent they found on one fender and included a free spare tire to make up for the minimal damage that was there before I even saw the trailer. Very friendly and helpful staff from the second I walked in till I drove away. They actually flagged me down to give me a coffee mug as I was leaving the lot. I highly recommend.

Initially I called the service department and spoke with Mitchell about some problems we were having with our Sunseeker RV while on the road from the Midwest. We were still several hundred miles away but he walked me through a handful of fixes and said he could see if we could make it there. The next day when our self-fixes had not fixed the issue, we decided to drive to Winnipeg to bring it here. Within a few minutes of arrival, they had figured it out. We paid a very reasonable price and had such a great experience. I will definitely be back for future sales purchases as this is a place I can trust for all of my RV needs.

John Saad: We purchased a new Keystone park model trailer from GNR in October 2021 and took possession in the spring of 2022. The sales process was smooth and there were no hidden charges or changes. I waited a full year of usage before posting a review to see how their after sales service was so I could comment on both. I can happily say that all the issues that came up in the first year were dealt with quickly and professionally. As the unit is a park model and placed at our campsite in Winnipeg beach GNR had to travel there to do the service work. Again this was done quickly and all the warranty items that I had reported during the first year were fixed with no argument or hassle from the dealer. They even caught an issue that I did not notice and fixed while they were out there. I will also say there were no charges for the repairs during the first year of servicing. I would definitely deal with them again and highly recommend.

John Schaffner: These guys are the best. We were trying to leave town for the long weekend and had issues with our trailer connection. Swung by 30 minutes before they closed and they had us on the road in 5 minutes. 👏🏼
Chris Horbacio: We bought a small camper and required a weight distribution hitch, electric brake controller and sway bars. Craig was wonderful in explaining everything to us over the phone, as we had zero experience or prior knowledge of this stuff. Gave us all the options and prices. Got everything installed quickly. Took a good 15-20 mins to thoroughly explain how to properly hook it up to our camper. They’ve been in business since the 1920’s, they know what they’re doing and won’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need. Very reasonably priced, ended up being a few hundred cheaper than the RV store. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

In between WInnipeg and Calgary I noticed the jaws on our 5 year old Curt fifth wheel hitch were open slightly, a little more than I was comfortable with. Jack from Bell Trailers immediately contacted the Curt factory rep and referred us to The Hitch Shop South in Calgary . They didn’t like the play in the mechanism either. Darren from the Hitch Shop called the Curt factory rep and he immediately authorized a new hitch head, no charge! Excellent customer service, great product support from everyone involved.
