Second, price wise, they beat their competition quite easily. Third, when I called, Robin was very kind and was able to help me out with a Valentine's day order that could have been more difficult. Lynda Wilson: Every year I receive a beautiful Christmas center piece from my daughter in law Charlotte who lives in Alberta. This year, on one of the coldest days of winter, the arrangement arrived at my home. When I unwrapped it, I discovered that some of the flowers were frozen. I immediately called King's Florist. I sent photos to them and they called me back to tell me that they would send out a replacement arrangement the next day. When it arrived, it was even more beautiful than the first one. I could tell they added a few extra flowers. The extra flowers did not go unnoticed and it was really appreciated! Thank you Kings Florist for standing behind your products and going the extra mile! Here is a photo one week later and you can see how it is still fresh and beautiful!
