Ken Lozano was fantastic in quickly finding him the suit size to fit his very tall frame and shoes for his rather large feet. We were in and out of there in 30 minutes max! I highly recommend!!!

Ngo Photography: I've had the wonderful opportunity to not just photograph suits from Aldo Formal wear but also use them for my own wedding in 2021. As a photographer, there's nothing more important than the suit itself and Ken who is the owner of Aldo Formal wear made this experience such an easy and unforgettable one at that. With a plethora of options from materials and colours, Ken was there every step of the way. I myself went with a classic black tuxedo and couldn't have been more happy with the outcome. I will definitely be back for more custom suits in the future!

Her visual creativity along with her experience was very good.My custom suit was made perfect, and the rentals we chose for my groomsmen were awesome.Ken was wonderful to work with. The fact that each party member was able to get the rentals adjusted to fit each of their body types was a very nice touch. Ken was able to work with everyone's schedule to get each everyone's fitting done.My best advice is to inquire a few months in advanced, and to have your significant other with you if you are inquiring about a wedding. Their insight and creativity to match up the bride and bridesmaids color scheme is very helpful and you will achieve an end result that you will be happy about.

They took us in and gave the best service.I walked in not having any clue what I wanted and walked out with a beautiful dress because of Tammy. She picked dresses that would look great with my complexion and would suit my body beautifully. She took the time to pick dresses that would fit me well enough that she could do small altercations and have it ready for me the next day. She took such good care, it made the experience perfect. Despite being aware that we had previously visited another boutique, Shelly graciously offered to showcase a few different options. We then tried on the original dress and it was a huge no!! To our delight, each dress surpassed the previous one in quality and aesthetic appeal. However, my consultant Deena made all those feelings disappear just moments into my appointment. I was able to have fun and actually enjoy the process of finding my perfect dress! Deena took the time to get to know what I was looking for, made suggestions and gave input when it was needed, without being pushy. It felt like I was shopping with a friend. Mayank Kataria: Firstly, I'd applaud the customer service of this store.. I went into this high class looking store, expecting the general customer service which is egoistic towards customers. But it was totally different. Domenica was my service representative and she was really friendly and energetic. Helped my friend pick dresses, helped her with everything she needed and even stayed with me for small talk while my friend tried the dresses. She's also an amazing sales person, realised that my friend might need some accessories with the dress and was upfront about selling them but not in a pushy way. The collection is decent but customer service is what got this store a 5 star.

Grace, the clerk, was very helpful in choosing clothes. Manager was very kind when I needed help with exchange an item ordered online. The Plus size store is also good. I went there in April to get a blazer for my family. Rose was very professional and helpful. In addition to the Customer services, the qualities of clothes are good. I am very satisfied with my recent purchases.

Savvy M: Back in 2017, I came to this location to pick out a dress so I could attend my cousins grad as her date. I went back again in 2019 with my father to pick out a graduation dress. Both times I fell absolutely in love with what I had chosen and the staff we so friendly and nice. Of course I am a procrastinator, so each time I visited I was short on time and needed something that fit ASAP. They were able to help me find exactly what I was looking for with the selection they had. Fast forward to the present 2023, they helped me tailor the dress I purchased back in 2019 so that it could also be apart of my special day. It was very sentimental to me and my husband, and I could not thank Lexi and Maria more for their efforts and judgemental free kindness they gave to me and my father. Thanks to the timing I was also able to participate in a sale for a veil, and Maria went above and beyond to do extra adjustments and flair to my dress without any additional charge just so I can look extra fabulous on my big day. Further, I appreciate Lexis guidance a lot. I was on a tight budget and she told me how I can skip on costs and stay cost effective - they do not just want your money they actually care!!! I apologize ladies that I did not leave a review sooner but know that I absolutely would not have been more satisfied going with any other company and I will continue to vouch for your services in the future.

This store is the only reason I still come to the Exchange.

Erin Book: Bought a pair of fair trade mitts from Out of the Blue. The sales lady said they were super warm, but they weren’t. The wind goes right through them. But, they offered to pick them up for me and give me a store credit. That is great customer service, so I’m happy now.
