I explained what I wanted and within minutes she had put together a lovely arrangement, and added water to the ends when I mentioned they would likely sit for several hours. She actually thanked me for waiting, when she was the one who helped me so quickly. i will definitely remember this service!

My wife and I recently got married and I have to say a big Thank You to Charleswood Florist for exceeding expectations.My wife is very particular and selective to the type of flower, how it was arranged and the colour plate. The moment we entered into the florist, Irene knew exactly what we wanted and gave some suggestions. We chose neutral tones with some burgundy red to fit the theme of the wedding. We were able to take a look at some samples a few days before the wedding for the final approval. We were so happy they they were able to deliver and set up at our wedding venue located 2 hours away from the city!The communication between ourselves and Charleswood Florist have been very effective. They listened to what we want and delivered. All the guests were amazed at the floral and complimented how pretty they were - it was one of the highlights of the ceremony/reception.Be sure to trust in them even if it is during your big day. You can see the carnations are better prepared, the solidago is fresh and Blooming, less greens crowding the arrangement with a larger base. I have much higher hopes for this one to survive the week! Thank you Ladies for fixing this up for us.My partner picked up an arrangement on Saturday for our Anniversary. I followed the instructions watering daily, it's Thursday going on Friday and over half of the flowers are dead and dried up. So disappointing it didn't even last a week. He spent over $60 on this arrangement and it was nice enough but it REALLY should've lasted longer than 5 days.

They asked a few quick questions about colours, how much I wanted to spend, the size of the vase I'd be placing them in, etc. Then, 2 women made the bouquets very quickly. They made incredibly beautiful arrangements for less than initially estimated. I was nearly in tears at how gorgeous the bouquets were. I called a couple other places and one lady laughed in my face. But I called here and she was so kind and saiD she could make it and it would only take 15 minutes. Even made some suggestions as to flowers etc and wow what a beautiful boutonnière! You totally saved my butt and made a young man very happy. Thank you!!!

Lynda Wilson: Every year I receive a beautiful Christmas center piece from my daughter in law Charlotte who lives in Alberta. This year, on one of the coldest days of winter, the arrangement arrived at my home. When I unwrapped it, I discovered that some of the flowers were frozen. I immediately called King's Florist. I sent photos to them and they called me back to tell me that they would send out a replacement arrangement the next day. When it arrived, it was even more beautiful than the first one. I could tell they added a few extra flowers. The extra flowers did not go unnoticed and it was really appreciated! Thank you Kings Florist for standing behind your products and going the extra mile! Here is a photo one week later and you can see how it is still fresh and beautiful!
