Bevan Lawson: Once the deconstruction from our water damage was done Priority Restoration gave us a projected schedule for the reconstruction that was spot on. Their workers showed up on time and were very professional. They unfailingly tidied up any mess when they left, even if they were coming back the next day! Their work was excellent and to a person they all took the time to explain what was happening and what the steps would be. Tony and Rosie were especially helpful and patient. We are very pleased with the work that they did which included some fancy drywalling that saved us from having to retile our bathroom. We would not hesitate to to use Priority again!

Priority Restoration who was super busy and swamped with the 2022 flooding claims, found time to fit me in and restore my kitchen and living room. Mike: We had an ice dam this spring and it caused quite the mess! Priority came out for the insurance claim. They could only move as fast as the insurance company, but once things were approved, Priority was quick to come out to demo and rebuild. The damage was on an exterior wall and Robyn worked with us to get it closed up before it got cold out! The guys were all super friendly and did nice work.

The Project Manager, Matt, was very responsive and came the same day I called. He explained everything and was very kind. He sent me quotes in a timely manner. We also consulted with Justin, a very knowledgeable and experienced mold remediator as well to get more information and his recommendations of where to explore for mold. That was very reassuring.The remediators that came in to my home to open the walls were very pleasant, respectful and knowledge. They set up an encased tent area so as not to allow mold to escape into the room. They covered my carpets and everything to keep any dirt of them and vacuumed up after their work. They had our basement items sorted, removed damage items and then cleaned the entire area and had huge fans to then dry it out. They came back when we had to replace the carpet in the next room. They removed the large items and later came back and restored them for us. They were friendly, careful and it made our lives so much better in a rotten situation. Norman Silver: I couldn't be more impressed with Denver Restoration. We had a water issue that we noticed at 0400am and had used Denver in the past so we called them. They had staff there by 0500 and a crew to start clean-up by 0730. They had to fix our ceiling and some walls, electrical, baseboards, speakers, lights, etc. When the work was done. They came back to inspect and although we didn't really notice THEY weren't happy with the quality and they instigated another crew to come in and redo the work. In retrospect, I can definitely tell that the quality of the work is better the second time. Very Professional. Very easy to work with and trustworthy. Paul T.: We had a bit of sewer water backup in the basement and hired Denver restoration to replace the carpet and replace some drywall as they were highly recommended to us by our insurance company. Toby came down right away to assess what needed to be done. They promptly removed the affected carpet and drywall. The walls were then repaired and repainted and you can't even tell there were ever damages. The carpet was replaced soon after and the guys that did the work were very friendly and did a great job. Toby then scheduled a final walk through to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I would definitely recommend this company.
