Tessa Morelli: I was enticed to urban retreat Derma spa by how nice and inviting they were over the phone and the staff that work here are truly just as amazing in person. I currently see Cassandra for aerolase hair removal and she is so kind and considerate. She takes her time and doesn’t make you feel rushed or like you are just a job. She truly wants you to have the best result. My hair growth has reduced at least 90% since starting. It’s not cheap, but the spa has packages you can buy to get a deal. If you have ingrowns, it is WORTH it. Trust me. Go see Cassandra.I also saw Aynsley for IPL hair removal and she was incredible as well, but she has since moved on, I just had to give her a shoutout. ❤️

Jennifer Whitesell: Nothing but amazing things to say about this place! I initially contacted them on Facebook to inquire if they did milia extractions. I received a response in less than 24 hours. They answered all my questions quickly and were able to book me in for appointments at times that worked for me. I saw Michelle for the milia extractions. She was so nice and professional. I was embarrassed and worried about judgement over my skin, there was no judgement at all. She just genuinely wanted to help! She made me feel very comfortable and welcome. The extractions were quick, and she was able to provide me with lots of advice and products afterwards. I will say, the products are very pricey, but she wasn't pushy about it. My skin looks SO much better now with all the milia gone! It was hard finding a place in Winnipeg that did milia extractions, contacted many places before I found this one. Great experience all around, would 100% recommend. Also they have really cool products to browse in their little shopping area!

I’ve been working with Elis at Urban Retreat for aerolase acne treatments for 2 months and my acne is almost entirely gone! She has recommended fantastic skin care products, derma planing once my acne bumps had settled, and she tints and waxes brows like a pro! She is truly your one stop shop when it comes to flawless smooth skin. Excited to move on to extractions with our upcoming appointment. Very pleased with the results in 2 short months. Pamela Bechta Kok: I had a hot stone massage from Amanda Cullen, and she was amazing; I would give her a 5 star rating. This is the 2nd time I have been to Riverstone Spa for a hot stone massage, and it never disappoints.The only reason that I didn't give the Riverstone Spa a 5 star rating is the fact that their river water feature wasn't working, and their showers towel rack in the shower wasn't maintained and was falling off the wall.

If you want a facial with attention to detail, then ask for Sarbjeet. She is Excellent! If you want a relaxing massage, ask for Jaspri. You will come away feeling like a million dollars, whatever you choose!

Shay Prince: About a week i got a facial and extraction procedure done. I’ve always dealt with these little irritable bumps around my chin area , they made me self conscious specially when they’d flare up. Preet insisted to come in for a facial and I was completely nervous about it. Few months later I grew the courage to do so. Won’t know if it works for you unless you try it for yourself. Well Jaspreet did the procedure. She was very patient, welcoming and made me feel relaxed as it was a first time for me. Her recommendations for after care and skin care routine have made tremendous progress within the healing process and the new skin cleaner. Never felt pressured to talk and there was good flow of conversation. Next time I need a trim or hair cut I will be definitely booking with her. I've been to tonic for perms with Hilda but not a haircut. I'll be making Madison my regular hairdresser going forward because she was so wonderful to work with!

The atmosphere was relaxing and elegant, setting the perfect tone for my big day. My shellac nails turned out absolutely stunning, and I couldn't be happier with the results!

They have an online booking feature that made it very easy to book outside of salon hours. I absolutely recommend this spa!

Because of this we were separated for a bit which was a shame, but thankfully the ladies were easy to talk to and we had great conversations while everything was taking place. Snack pack was a super cute surprise too! Resulting nails looked great and overall a pretty good experience. Front staff could have been a bit friendlier.

I love it. The place is well organized and the lounge is one of best rooms. Bathroom is spacious and lockers is roomy. Front desk lady is very friendly to everyone that came in.
