Jan: My 8 year old lap top computer would not open Microsoft word. I took it back to the store I bought it only to be told best option was to buy a new computer. As I’m retired and don’t use it as often, I took it to Mission Repair Ctre. For a reasonable fee, they did diagnostics, installed a new battery, did updates and it works just fine.Exactly what I wanted.I rated this a 4 star experience as I received calls from at least 3-4 techs asking me what was my problem with the computer.Other then that I recommend this business.
Hasan Shariar: so my phone was experiencing slow charging for a while, I could not figure out and I had no idea where to go for my android phone. I saw good review on google for the mission repair center on Pembina and decided to go there. As all the good review customer service representative took my phone and figure out due to dirt clogging charging port causing it to be slow and he offer to fix my problem without charge. took 5 minute to cleaned IT . NOW IT WORKS PERFECTLY AND ALSO FAST CHARGING WORKS. thank you guys.

Jeff Peters: This place is the best. I drove over my phone and crushed it , all I wanted was to get the photos off of it somehow. On the SAME DAY they called to say they had got my phone running again, they just replaced the screen and did whatever repairs / cleaning was needed. All I wanted was the photos, they gave me back a fully functioning phone for $145 after tax. Super reasonable, super professional. Take your broken phone here first!!

It was purchased from Best Buy, so I called them first and was thoroughly disappointed with the advice and outrageous quote to fix my internet connectivity issue. I found A+ online and called them. I was told to bring my computer right down and they would try to find a fix right away if they could. What a difference from the customer service with BB, I literally walked out of their store a half hour later with a $40 network adapter and was back online. I requested for it to be sent back. when my laptop came, it worse than before. My battery was swapped, and a plastic bag with the screws was taped to the laptop.When I took it to London Itech, Edward was very nice and professional, he provided a solution that cost roughly 250 CAD all inclusive…..in a thousand years, I cant go elsewhere.
