Ron Hamerling: The storage facility is always clean and very well lit. Access to the facility is 24/7. It seems very safe. Always a good supply of two wheelers and moving equipment. The staff is pleasant and helpful during the day. Good value for storage very near to the city.

After reading and hearing a lot of horror stories of things that happen at other storage places in the city, I wanted to make sure our stuff would be kept safe. East Sides customer service is exceptional. When the excessive snow from winter was melting which is out of their control, our indoor temp controlled unit leaked water and East side was on top of it right away! They moved all our stuff and even put things on pallets so they wouldnt get damaged.Even though we no longer need our storage unit after moving into our house, if we ever need another unit, this will be our first and only choice for storage!

Alana Lund: Quiet place where I store my recently deceased boyfriends and mily belongings
Michele Normand: It's a good pick for myself being a 24 hour access. You can back in to a garage that is secure with a truck no longer than 15' or 11' high but watch out for these bugs that are a combination of a spider, cricket, and grasshopper that are dinosaurs in size and hop sideways. It'll make you scream and run. Lm**o! Too funny. Or a dock at the entrance door. U-Haul has you enter a four digit code that you use to enter the building and access the elevator. You have to punch it in every time you get on the elevator. When you get into your storage space U-Haul provides a new lock, still in package, that's left on the floor. Only the person renting the space has a key no one else. I rented a 10×15 that fit enough for a two bedroom and den, that's if you know how to pack and stack the storage. I left very little room close to the ceiling of the unit. I don't recommend being there alone at night. I tried and is creepy as hell.If anyone would like any help loading their storage I would gladly do so at a cheap rate.
