During the sampling I asked David for a particular product and David set me up with my item, no questions asked! Very professional, friendly and I greatly appreciate the effort he took to help me out. Going forward, I will purchase my tea direct from the company!

They are very accommodating, when I miss placing an order. I can call the day before delivery and they will still provide my order. The driver who delivers is very friendly, and always has a smile.
