One Great City Brewing Company: what do users think?

R B: Fun spot where I usually don't really think of drinks and food. Spacious interior, great selection of beers and, this got me, surprisingly amazing food. Lots of Asian infusion in the menu which is also well priced. I thought it would be a brewery simply pumping out pints but it turned out to be a cozy setting for a pub night out with restaurant vibes and super attentive service.

Mike Ledarney: I stop in as often as I can. needless to say I do enjoy an in house brewed beer and the food is always great. Great atmosphere with friendly and professional staff.Recommended dishes Poutine Week, Burger and Fries, Beer & Cheese Soup, Hot Prime Rib Sandwich and Beer and Cheese Soup, Chicken Wings, Falcon Blonde, The Burger Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lot …

Peter C: Food is very good, but a little over priced. Decent craft beer selection.Beer cheese soup was good, ask for the house hot sauce for drizzle over the soup. Buffalo fried chicken was very juicy boneless chicken thigh, extra crunchy with a house made dill ranch sauce. Hot prime rib was good, but not enough meat. Veggie burger was a nice smashed black bean patty. Very similar to Smash Burger in the US.

Melissa Jensen: Five star experience all around! I was blown away by the fantastic service and delicious food. I had the lamb sandwich and I would recommend it. The house salad paired with it nicely. I had a flight and the milk stout was one of the best I've ever had, it had a nice creaminess to it. I had such a great time here and I would come back another time.

Stone Angel Brewing Co.: what do users think?

Indy Gill: Great selection of in-house brewed Ales and Beers and Lagers. Great atmosphere and service.

Eric Heckman: Great brewery with a friendly host. All the beers I tasted have been well done and even some have a bicycling theme which is great. Right off the bike and bus route

Datura: First of all the atmosphere is amazing. The highlander beer, AMAZING! Great people with great beer! Paul and Christine you rock!

Duane Morelli: Stayed as a guest through Harvest Host, had a wonderful visit with Paul, and took in a surprise flight, along with a pint of vanilla porter, and some cans to go. Great beers!

Hali McOuat: Great beer, great service, great location. Ideal for any size of party. Warm and welcoming family and home type atmosphere. 👌🏽 Highly recommend and look forward to going back.

Nathan Harding: I stopped in here to try a few of their beers after seeing all the fantastic reviews. The beer was great and the service was fantastic. My favourite beer had to be the lab test small batch. I would definitely come back here.

Alfred Chan: Amazing selection of delicious beers crafted with care. Always a good time here. Updated Apr 2023.

Jared Spier: We booked this venue for a stakeholder meeting. I'd been there before with friends and knew they had a relaxed atmosphere that would match our goals. The staff were great in making the reservation, asking us about our group and plans for the meeting, then setting up an area that would support conversations within our group. On the night, the server was super-helpful and easy to deal with - we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Jeff Pihulak: Great service. Beers are excellent.

Andy Elmira: Nice spot in Winnipeg. The brews are good and the staff are knowledgeable.

Lorne Kletke: Some of the best beers in Winnipeg and friendly service. Just avoid the ultra spicy chips even if it's the last sharable bag of chips available, if you still want to taste your beer. Joking aside, SAB is a guaranteed good time.

Pierre Manaigre: Staff is top-notch and the space is beautiful. Beers are delicious too. I highly recommend.

Kevin Lawrence: Fantastic Brewery with Friendly Staff and Accommodating AtmosphereI recently had the pleasure of visiting Devil May Care Brewing, and I must say it was an incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and their friendliness was second to none. They went above and beyond to ensure our meeting was hosted smoothly and comfortably, making the entire experience extremely accommodating. The aesthetic of the brewery is simply fantastic. It has a fun and hip vibe that immediately caught my attention. The seating arrangements and well-thought-out interior design create a relaxed atmosphere that's perfect for socializing or unwinding after a long day. Devil May Care Brewing truly knows how to set the mood for a great time. Now, let's talk about the beer selection. Devil May Care Brewing takes risks with their brews, and boy, does it pay off! Their diverse selection of beers is simply outstanding. Whether you're a beer connoisseur or just someone looking to try something new, this place has got you covered.Personally, I was blown away by their West Coast IPA called "Golden Record." It's bursting with hoppy goodness and has that perfect balance of citrusy flavors and refreshing bitterness. If you're a fan of IPAs, you absolutely have to give it a try. Another standout for me was the "Dawn of Funk," a farmhouse style Saison that hit all the right notes. It's a truly unique and flavorful brew that left a lasting impression. In addition to these favorites, Devil May Care Brewing offers a wide range of beers that cater to various tastes and preferences. Whether you're into stouts, sours, or lagers, you're sure to find something that will tickle your taste buds and leave you craving more.

Trans Canada Brewing Co.: what do users think?

David P: Good place, but all their beers seem to taste the same, not much uniqueness.

Rob S (Rob): Very good pizza and better beers!

Annick: We had great service from Liam! Thanks for the wonderful evening

Chris Plesiuk: Great food, great drink, good service.I think the limited cherry sour may be my new favorite drink.

Daniel Rodrigues: Based on several recommendations as a "must go" eatery, my guest and I took the trusting plunge to this location. Using Google Reviews to gauge what's the best thing to eat, it appeared that their pizza was the highlight menu item. So instead of joining the rest of those who loved the pizza, we decided to chose a couple of their other menu items, specifically the Charcuterie Board, the Warm Artichoke Dip, and the Pickerel and Polenta Fries.Labeled as "shareables", the portion sizes definitely fit the term We had more than enough for the two of us, and taking the leftovers home made the meal that much more worthwhile. Every item on the boards served was absolutely delicious! For our beverages, my guest had a flight and I discovered a smooth and tasty lemon radler, which unfortunately is a Fort Garry product from down the road that this location had as a 'feature' tap.Lucky for this location, I'll be back to continue to sip on that feature beverage again! If you are looking for a relaxing place to enjoy with family, friends, or coworkers...because they may not be any of those...you won't be disappointed!

Robert Snow: Always fantastic! Great beer. Freindly and helpful staff.

Joshua Lynch: BEER IS GOOD

Dale Holland: Great selection of craft beer. Awesome menu and friendly staff. Worth stopping in.Bring the guys. Make it your spot. The guys will thank you.

Claudio Della Valle: Fantastic selection of their in-house beers. Haskap pale ale is a must. Pizza was woodfire style with a varied selection of unique flavours, delicious ! Their store is also fully stocked with their own beers and merchandise. An absolute must see!

Rick Vos-Wiebe: The beer is always tasty and the pizza is unreal for a brewery

Prince Dabhi: It was my first time there, awesome atmosphere inside, great people working! Good beers and good food! Definitely recommend to try it out!

Amanda Vazquez: Great prices, good beer and the waitress that speaks Spanish was super nice!

Richard Sigesmund: . Three were really nice. One was very good. The piquette we had was also great.Beautiful space as well.It takes breweries a few years to find their footing and if this is where Low Life is at so early into its inception, then Winnipeg's in for a real treat. It is something special and I hope Winnipeggers take notice.

Gordon Miller: These guys are awesome! Great beer, great service, great little brewery. I highly recommend!

Little Brown Jug: what do users think?

Francois Gauthier: Good beers, nice terrace.

Thomas Lucey: Good food, great beer. Our dog also loved the Astro turf, treats and water!

Thamilarasu Subramaniam: As local as you can get. When my buddy and I went in today, we were greeted by friendly staff who explained all the type of beers they carry and the limited ones they had in their tap. Offered us samples. Although I have been their fan for very long time, this was first visit to The tap room and really enjoyed our visit.Their patio expansion is great 👍

Britney Gilson: We hosted our wedding reception at Little Brown Jug last week and it was amazing! James, Cal, and the staff were wonderful to plan and work with. Our friends and family loved the venue and had a great time! We would highly recommend LBJ!

Emily Tetrault: My server was absolutely amazing, they were so attentive and super funny. Super cozy atmosphere made the night even better! Delicious beers and fantastic customer service! 10/10!

Arina Sherstyuk: Such a cool place. Great beer too!! Awesome atmosphere and it’s a must see if you’re in town!

Drake Perry: and zero-proof beers—a must-see in the Exchange District.

Joel Green: Cheers to the Little Brown Jug for working with Winnipeg's own Little Opera Company for their show last night. The presenters were stellar, there isn't much that beats the voice of opera. Great crowd, the beer was tasty & chilly plus the grilled cheese and jalapeno was wonderfully spicy.

Alisa: Awesome atmosphere and ofc amazing beer on tap.

Katelyn Leczynski: . Laid back vibes. Just a wonderful experience every-time. Not a full food menu, but definitely snack-worthy!

Rod Snyder: Always a great place to enjoy a craft beer. Nice inside, cool patio outside with an upper deck.

Cheyenne Byng: Hey Winnipeg. It’s a sunny, warm and gorgeous Sunday and I’m sitting on a killer patio that’s empty.Great beer. Awesome vibe. Why is this place not packed on a day like this. Quit sleeping on this spot.

Dale Holland: Great local tap house. Great part of the local craft beer scene. Stop by this summer and enjoy a few drinks on the patio with your friends.

Noel Nazareth: Getting to learn history via beer is something I would want more of I think. If you have followed their journey since 1919 beer you have been part of a great education in local history. Just like the great people of erstwhile Winnipeg who were steadfast, persevering and hardworking people, I feel Little Bown Jug has been that and added to their part of the exchange, in their words breathing life into an important building for the community. My first local beer in Winnipeg was the 1919, a Farmery lager and a fort garry rouge. And I have stuck to the 1919 since then, the other two were not memorable enough. When they opened their brewery taproom it was a great addition for the area and over the years they have only gotten better with their space and community offering. Their recent developments in making a really fine patio and the various activities they carry out and promote with their space is such a warm welcoming atmosphere. From watching harry potter movies to learning dance drunk out to dj sets, art day-night themes and drag shows they have such a lot of things happening. There has never been a dull visit to the brewery ever. It's run by a great team of people matching their fervour, vigour, vibrancy and hardwork and so the service has always been outgoing and lovely. The 1919 is a must have beer it's one of the best belgian ale the city has to offer. One of the recent favorites for me has been the black lager and dubbel ale. And their new sparkling water offerings with brite water are really tasty to make low sugar cocktails and the sparkling water flavors are tasty. You will visit them once because you want to check out a brewery and have a refreshing drink, you keep visiting them because the whole package they offer is very refreshing.

Joseph Toderian: #1 beers. great staff. great vibes.

Craig McGrath: are all actually brewed on site. The seating style is long wooden tables and tall stools which encourage patrons to sit together and has a communal feel.Their products can either be sampled in flytes, pints, by the growler or purchased in pre filled bottles. They dont sell food but you are able to bring your own or order in. This is a really nice touch and is essentially the icing on the cake.

Yehor Zhuravlov: Two pints of Wietbier! Nice one!Good beer and lounge atmosphere inside.

David Charabin: Excellent selection of in-house crafted beers.

Leo: Great local brewery, something for everyone.

Between Cam and the excellent selection of beer, we knew we lucked out! We wish we would have had more time to spend here, but we are so happy we had the time we did. What a find! Thanks, Cam, it wouldn’t have been the same without your expertise and conversation!! Cheers!

Darryl Field: Good beer and a nice relaxing pub.

Nikki B: Great selection of Barn Hammer beers. Can buy for take away. Cool and comfortable interior, patio seating at front or side. A great brew pub addition.

Torque Brewing: what do users think?

Jesus: I recently had the opportunity to try Torque Brewing's diverse range of beers in Winnipeg, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. Their selection is extensive, offering unique flavors like cucumber, mango, pineapple, and cocoa, which provide a refreshing twist to the traditional beer experience. The quality of their brews is top-notch, and the customer service is excellent, making Torque Brewing a must-visit destination for a great beer adventure. Additionally, their Saturday night Music Bingo adds an extra layer of fun to the experience. I totally recommend this taproom!

Frank Wasserberg: Fantastic Brewery with one delectable option after next. To busy enjoying to take pictures.

Malissa Leo: Great service

Wayne Howlett: Great place to stop, relax and have a beer. No food yet though other than bar snacks.

Craig Anderson: Best beers on tap!

John Gillich: Fun place with lots of beer selection

Andy Maksymetz: 'core pours' which I guess are the tried and true top 4. Then there are 6-8 seasonal brews and that's where things get really interesting. Cucumber saison was the most pleasant delight; the APA was excellent; Pool Side is an ISA that drinks like a much more compelling ale; the mango gose is a salty citrus nose-punch... in a nice way. The staff was friendly and eager to serve. The whole facility was clean and felt welcoming. I highly recommend a visit...

Trevor Schellenberg: Great selection of not just Torque brews but others as well. A must if you're just flying in or out.

Brenna Wall: Great venue! Nice owners, very accommodating!!

Lorne Duncan: Great beer and nice place with very nice people running it. Bit of a strange location but still well worth going to.

Justin Pawson: Great beer selection for all palettes, near the airport if you’re waiting for a flight come about 5 hours early and try them all. Cool vibe too.

Joel Chandran: Lots of interesting beers on tap, great atmosphere and awesome vibes. Definitely a place to check out!

Kris Toijonen: Really friendly team and great experience trying out the many options available! The beers were excellent!

Renaider: A friend and I decided to do a local brewery tour and torque breweries was the first stop.I was excited to go there because I really love their IPAs.We were met by a very friendly staff and a pretty darn nice taproom with lots of beer on tap to choose from.We each got a flight of beer with recommendations from the server as to what would lead up best to our favorite, I’ll be at strong flavored, IPAs.I love the way they label the flight paddle to let you know what it is you’re drinking.I only gave it four stars because it would be nice if they offered more than just nuts or chips to eat.To be fair it is a microbrewery and not a restaurant.I will definitely be back and would recommend anyone who lives in the area to attend this local brewery!

Adam H: Amazing beers, great tap room, always a great time

Leo: One of the best breweries in the city. Great selection of craft beer and cocktails for non beer drinkers.
