Christina Malliaris: Just wanted to stop on for some stones - but ended up buying a new Product Aloe Vera Gelalong with Nimble A roll on stick for pain. Most Importantly the man that helped me was Super responsive & respectful. A Woman tried stealing two bags full of stuff. Just 1 man working & handled the theft situation with Great Maniserisims & Patience. While waiting for this lady to give back the stuff. He apologized right after for the situation & was sincerely sorry. Amazing staff, Products, & of course the crystals !!🔮

Tal MacIsaac (Chantal): What a cute little shop! Tucked away but so worth venturing over to see their wonderful selection. I went with my mother who is a bead artist and she was so excited to see the wide selection as she is very limited where she lives. The staff are friendly and knowledge, many seem to be bead artists as well so they can provide personal experience knowledge as well. There are also classes that are taught in the fall for a variety of different jewellery making techniques - they have an example of the projects displayed in the shop which I found really helpful to know what I could be making.
Lisa Carlson: I absolutely love the service at Poco!! I have been there a number of times since I've started beading. The staff are so welcoming and kind and so very helpful!! I have previously walked into places and not even been greeted or helped at all. Not even a smile. Poco is the place to go to be treated like anyone else! I am so impressed with the staff and selection that is available.

I’m usually able to find almost everything I need for my projects here.The best part is the staff. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question, it’s been answered with not only a solution, but also additional tips/information.As an indigenous person who beads, it’s nice to see a store employing indigenous staff. There are many indigenous beadworkers out there so it’s nice to see the representation!
