Tracy Killen: I have shopped from time to time a Napa, Ellice Avenue. and all my experiences have been positive. Recently I was there to purchase something and I was dealing with Cole who was very friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help me. Unfortunately the item didn't work out for me so I had to return it and I was dealing with Peter and Cole who were both very remarkable in their customer service right down to helping me trouble shoot a couple of unrelated issues I have been having with my vehicle. It is very refreshing these days to run into not 1 but 2 individuals who genuinely appear to enjoy their jobs and the company they are representing. Great job Cole, Peter and the Ellice Avenue Management team, keep up the good work, you are making a difference in many peoples lives.

Richard Haugh: Staff, as always, helpful and friendly. Just need to get their order desk a bit more organized. I have an account with them so I can pre-order online. This time, there was no call saying my parts were ready for pickup. Go in, and the front people were not aware that an order had been placed 4 days prior. This time, I was lucky, and they had the parts in store. As of March 15, 2023, prices have almost doubled for parts. What's going on, Napa

My husband then thought as he looked at it as I was driving away that it was the wrong part. We quickly called back to explain our issue.He proceeded to look it up once again and insisted we had the right item. I'm sure he wanted to go home but was very helpful and took the time to research this for us anyways. We live 2 hours away so we wanted to be sure. My husband and I thanked him and said we would need to check into it further once home.Once we were home my husband took the part and checked carefully before installing and vola it was right.
