The Project Manager, Matt, was very responsive and came the same day I called. He explained everything and was very kind. He sent me quotes in a timely manner. We also consulted with Justin, a very knowledgeable and experienced mold remediator as well to get more information and his recommendations of where to explore for mold. That was very reassuring.The remediators that came in to my home to open the walls were very pleasant, respectful and knowledge.
