Angie Kennedy: I love living at 153 Aubert at La Maison, it is a beautiful building with stunning views of The Forks via the rooftop terrace. The suites are top notch complete with stainless steel appliances, solid surface counter tops, a loft 2nd floor bedroom, glass railings and open concept living. It's the nicest place that I have ever lived.

Monica Grace: Great place to live in and GREAT MANAGEMENT team.. the only thing is the ceilings/floorings are not that sound proof. Unless you're on the main floor then it's fine. The walls are great though and sound proof. Just not top and bottom. It's bearable though it's still an apartment - family dwelling unit as per the landlord. Other than my husband and I very happy living here. If we could live here forever we would. Very ideal for busy people having the insuite laundry in the bathroom too and hidden. Appliances are amazing and high end. We received a christmas basket too from Kate Kennedy and were soooo thrilled to receive it. The landlord will keep the area very safe and does almost daily visits inside to make sure there's no strangers sneaking in and they are very open to suggestions.

Reid: Me and my wife have been incredibly happy with Progressive since moving to one of their Stradbrook apartments. They are always quick to respond and take care of any issues. The units are beautiful, and better than we could find anywhere else at our price point. The space works well for the two of us and we have no problem fitting a 4 person dining room table in the apartment.The apartment has really exceeded our expectations and we will be staying here until we are ready to purchase a house.

Kate, the Director/Real Estate is a sweetheart and Mark the Resident Manager is the absolute best. He’s at it 24/7 and always a pleasure to deal with. When I left my old place I was worried about leaving a neighborhood where the people were like family. Immediately after moving in here I felt exactly the same. It’s home. If you manage to get a place here you have no idea how lucky you are.

The process was quik and resident manager Jessica from building was helping with filling out the application with me. The building I rented is comfortable and clean and quite all the time. It is a nice area with many parks, schools all within walking distance from Edison Court. I recommend to rent from this company.

Jessica the resident manager took the time and explained everything clearly and showed us around the building which was important to us as newcomers to Canada. She is a very friendly girl, always comes to meet us. The building does not stink, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property and it is great! The corridor is always cleaned and the washing machines are always clean. With any problems or concerns, Jessica the resident manager will help. The maintenance staff that has come to fix on the few occasions we needed them, always are friendly and professional as well. I recommend Edison Court to others.

The best perk for me is having an in suite washer and dryer! The best!!! I also wanted to add that I recently had a challenge with my kitchen sinks. Zdravko was amazing. He worked on them for the entire afternoon, and two trips to Home Depot. He is a wonderful maintenance person to have around.

Brock Zimak: Stayed at one of their newest properties in Westwood. 3 bedroom at 219 Whitegates. It was a brand new fully remodelled house. Had 4 large bedrooms and 2 amazing couches that fit 6 plus people each. Stunning kitchen and overall amazing experience dealing with the Nest Host team. If your looking for a place to stay on the west end of the city I highly recommend this place it was an amazing experience.

Nikki Anderson: . The one thing that does suck is the upcoming rent increase, but that is just inflation. There isn't anything comparable that is any cheaper so its really no worse than renting anywhere else.
Lauren Fortin: I rented a suite at the St. Julian apartment on McMillan ave for just over 3 years. We went through a couple resident managers in that time and I wasn't impressed with most of them. However, I had nothing but great interactions with the current resident manager Victoria. She made my moving-out process easy and provided excellent communication. She responded to my questions and texts quickly and helped out when I needed it.Unfortunately rent prices increased by a lot in the 3 years I was there. I understand prices increased everywhere, but it was frustrating watching Throwin increase the rent well above the recommended amount this year. My building itself did not receive the improvements listed in the notice we received about the rent increase.

Scott Korotash: Rented with D-7 for years. Office is great, caretakers respond to issues quickly. Only complaint is sometimes you have to deal with living near people who are just mean. That is renting I guess.
Spooky Mulder: You cannot legally do background checks as it is discriminatory the office does do rental checks as is required. My experience with D-7 has been fantastic and I have lived with them for years and will continue to do so until I buy a house. After I complete my Social work training and pay off school. Caretakers have always responded quickly to issues and had contractors out as soon as possible. I think some people expect the world handed to them and have zero empathy for other peoples situations. Empathy goes along way.
