The Leasing Team ensured that it was a smooth move for me, and it sure was.I am overall very impressed & satisfied with the services provided by everyone, the professionalism, respect, good positive vibes, etc. I feel really happy here and can’t stop smiling. I’m living the best days of my life so far here at 300 Main. So looking forward to the Luxury Amenities on the 2nd & 40th floor.

Sungjoo Hong: I lived in 2021 and this was the best apartment I have ever lived.All the stuff is pretty clean and well-organized. The management team promptly responded to me and dealt with issues. Ana is a reliable and kind person to deal with. And neighbors were all friendly and kind people. In retrospect, this apartment was wonderful.
Cameron McKenzie-Roche: One of my favourite places I’ve ever lived. Spacious and modern suites. Very clean hallways and foyers. Amazing, helpful and friendly staff - Ana and Orville are the best. Mostly friendly neighbours! Soundproof units which was great. Very pet friendly and even has an outdoor dog run where I’d let my two dogs run around. Overall, Niakwa Place was a great home.
Graham Reddoch: We were apprehensive about moving into 1310 Archibald four months ago, as we hadn't lived in an apartment since the 1970's. The building is extremely well maintained, and everyone is very friendly. Ana and Orval are to be commended for their excellent management! Our unit is quiet, and all services are easily accessible. Our golden doodle Charlie has been well received also. Can't compare with other apartments, but this one would be hard to beat!

Shayla Kiziuk: The building is always clean and maintained. Maintenance requests are done within 24-48 hours it’s crazy how fast things get taken care of! Love that the building is pet friendly my toddler enjoys seeing different dogs around every day. Ana is so so sweet and accommodating. Right from the day I met her for viewing a suite she has been fantastic. She answers emails very fast like literally a couple minutes after I send it, she replies. Orval is wonderful as well. Love living here!

The commute to work is great and the apartment block is kept clean, has huge balconies, a gym, a lovely community room and is pet friendly! There is a lovely outside garden area and a separate, large dog run - Thorwin really puts the friendly in pet friendly! What I also really enjoy is the sense of community in the building - it feels like a small town in the best way! You are also close to superstore and can be downtown in 15 min! There is also a wonderful and scenic bike/walking path along Fermor. Happy to call 1310 Archibald my home!

Inna, the Junior Property Manager is always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live. The convenient public transport stops and how easily accessible. I feel so lucky to live here, I've always felt safe and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the restaurant Parcel Pizza. Olayide Evarie: I spent a month at The Spot East village and it was "Ahmazing". There is a busstop right beside the building so it was easy to move around. What you see on the website is what you get. You get a view of downtown from he balcony. The ceiling to floor glass view of my sitting room was overlooking the red river. it had the basic appliances and I really enjoyed my time here. The building Manager Damain was also friendly and always helpful.

C Massey: I've been a tenant at Kelly House for several years now. All the superintendents have been good, and the latest, Shaun, is no exception. Whether it's a leaky faucet or a problem with a light, I just have to send a text message and it's taken care of in a day or two. They frequently do projects that are upgrades to the building. Since I've been here they've redone all the halls - lights/apartment doors/carpeting, re-tiled the pool, and the latest project was to re-do the underground parkade. Which meant we lost our parking space for several months while they removed and replaced all the concrete and rebar. Fortunately, Caroline, the Senior Property Manager, found indoor parking just a couple of blocks away for no additional cost. I was worried that since I drive a light truck with high ground clearance that there would be a problem with parking in the new area, but she ensured I had a spot that would not be an issue. We've since moved back into our old spots, and the work looks great. We have heating, better lighting, and better drainage. It's a great place to live.
Sydney Sabiston: My partner and I love living here. The building is well kept, and feels like home. Our on-site RM, Shaun, is wonderful! He's very responsive and works hard to keep the tenants happy. He's extremely helpful at all hours and the reason why the building is well kept. Kelly house gets a 10/10 from me.
Hannah Arras: A beautiful building in the heart of downtown. The building is safe and monitored with cameras, close to every amenity possible, always clean. The RM, Shaun, is always quick to respond to any inquiry and finds a solution for every problem. A great place to live!
Danielle Edwards: it was taken care of quickly. They were always reachable.Suites had loads of spaces, all utilities included, balcony with awesome views, can even see the fireworks at Forks, indoor pool and underground parking, secure building.
Mohamamd Mahfuz Al-Mamun: are exceptional and kind people. They both work so hard to keep the property super clean. They are very professional and friendly. Property manager for this building is great she is very accommodating to work with.Definitely I would recommend this place.
Richel Davies: I lived at the Kelly house for 8 years and it was a great place! The caretaker Ken was fantastic, he took care of any issue that came up and took great care of the building. It is a beautiful building in a great area, close to the Forks, the River Trail and the coffee shops on Broadway. Both Ken and the Property Manager from Globe were excellent, I was well informed and felt they took great care of me from move in to move out and everything in between.
Tessa Potter: Kelly house was a great place for our family to transition for two years before buying a house in Winnipeg. Large square footage in a 2 bed room with 2 baths and lots of closets for storage. The pool and underground parking made the winter fly by. Good mix of hard working people, families and seniors that made us feel welcome. Older building that has been recently renovated and is clean and was a better price point than renting a house. Electricity, hear and water were included and the security system and onsite building caretakers made the building feel safe. The bus and lunch program were free for Gladstone school. The bus picked kids up steps away from the side door on Assiniboine to take then to Gladstone School. Located on Gertrude in Osborne Village, Gladstone was an excellent small school with a great staff and good community feel perfect for transitioning to the city from anywhere in the world. The park, riverwalk, library and forks were just 10 minutes or less to walk to giving us lots of exploration opportunities. 4 stars for being an excellent building, good price point for the amenities and 2 years of living with out incident or complaint while raising our family.

Frederick Benjamin Limpin: I will regret leaving this place. I will miss this place as i stayed here for almost 9 months. everything was changed after the new and recent manager took place. she manages the apartment complex so well and in a timely manner. she's easy to approach if you need reasonable requests.Dont be bothered about the bad reviews by those people who can't follow rules and lease agreements. Better read the whole thing and understand before signing the lease. They are the problem and causing more problems to everyone.I would highly suggest Northwood Oaks Apartments to my friends and families, especially those new immigrants, if you want to have a good and peaceful neighbourhood.

maitry chaudhary: Home...that's what Bob and Colleen made us feel when I and my brother moved during the worst phase of our life, during his bone marrow transplant. They have been the biggest and purest blessings in our lives, from taking care of us to checking on us and motivating us through our battle. They comforted us as parents, loved us as friends, and motivated us as mentors when things were falling apart. Also, they maintain the building very beautifully, I have seen three seasons, but it was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Their help and responses to our queries were fast. The view and the location are the best. The Apartments and their team deserve much more than just a five-star review. We miss our home, its memories, and you all. Thank you for everything you have done for all of us.

Not only did they wait for me, but they also assisted with taking my bags to the apartment. Aside from Bob and Colleen’s exceptional customer service, the apartments are spacious, clean, and close to almost everything – e.g., public buses, St. Vitae Center, Downtown, and the University of Manitoba. Furthermore, because it is strategically situated, you can easily find someone to continue your lease if you need to move before your lease expires. In my case, even when the person approved for my apartment later cancelled the agreement, Colleen got another person within two days. Overall, I recommend Dakota Towers to anyone looking for an apartment in the St. Vitae community.

I rented a one bedroom suite for 2.5 years.From the day I met them till now, they have been a perfect example of building managers. They are always there for me any time of day with the most positive and lovely attitude. They will fix or replace anything as top priority for you. Not only does Bob&Colleen care for their tenants but the building as well. They are constantly making the building safer and pleasant every day/week/month. Most of all, they treated me with such respect and professionalism.This building is so underrated, the concrete structure makes it absolutely noise free at night.Lived here for 2.5 years I never had any problems with bugs whatsoever. Paul Hutlet: I have been a resident for 2 years. On-site building managers are great people, quick to respond and keep the building, sidewalks and parking lot clean, safe and very well maintained. Residents are quiet, no party’s, no police presence, no break in’s or theft of my apartment or of my car in outdoor parking lot. Under 10 minute walk to 10 different style restaurants, medical clinic, physiotherapy clinic and family foods. 15 minute walk to St. Vital Mall and WalMart. Bus stops right out front door direct to U of M, U of W or to downtown core without need for transfers. I am able to watch 4 separate fireworks displays on new years eve from my 7th floor balcony and multiple others throughout the year from the forks. Dakota Towers is a great place to live for a wide range of demographics.
