Christophe Lavoie: Excellent gym with little traffic and a nice friendly atmosphere. Warm staff available to give advice!The only point to potentially improve would be the opening hours, but there are already very good hours available!

Valerie Dugal: I trained there several years ago! Really the gym that I liked the most. Too bad I'm too far away to go back. Germain is just perfect, he respects our needs and his programs are excellent. He says the real things. The people are supportive and super friendly.
Jean-Noël Dion: The best coach
Katty Bergeron: BUT I saw some very strong and fit young people who seemed very happy to train in peace with headphones on their heads. The hours are adapted to people who go out to do outdoor activities on the weekend and who have more availability during the day and who are more early risers than “night owls”. Indeed, not very big and no multiple machines but all the essentials are there.
Francis Alain: Best gym to work out in. The owners are kind and welcoming. 10/10
Marie: Great gym, more than qualified staff. Far from the “shower bag” gyms, excellent service. Fitness/Rehabilitation #1 Clean equipment, clean gym. 5 stars !
Adam Lavoie: Excellent gym. Lots of machines, trained and very competent staff, audience of normal people and not fans of puffery. A very beautiful place.
Julien Chouinard: Great, very quiet gym. No waiting. Professional, competent and friendly staff!
