Awa Fall: . Imagine I was walking in front of their store and suddenly the brown ZARA paper bag that I was holding burst right in front of the Browns store, by the time I was picking up my things, a nice, smiling lady came out of the Browns store to give me a bag to put my objects that are on the ground. Behind her, a gentleman from the same store, also smiling, walks towards us, probably to see if everything is okay. I am very touched by this act, especially since they know that the bag came from ZARA
