Michel Fournier: A lovely welcome and a lovely atmosphere. No more paper menu, a little difficult on cell phone when the signal in the basement is weak.... We had good service despite everything.. Excellent cuisine, starter onion soup gratinated. Salmon tartare and a salmon steak. Dessert maple crème brûlée and gelato raspberry coulis. I recommend it.
