Annie-Claude Bouchard: Exceptional service received yesterday by ***Amaury***.I tried on a hiking dress and it was too big, but didn't have a smaller one in stock. It was around 12:00 p.m. I inquired at Amaury. He took the time to check stock and told me about the options: ordering online will arrive in store at no charge, ordering online delivery to home with charge, also told me that they receive merchandise the same day in pm and that in it there should be some. He offered to take my number and that he would contact me if there was one in the order and would hold it for me while I was there. He did that, I went back to him and he had the dress in my size. A huge thank you Amaury, kind employees like that make all the difference for me and it is also good for the company. Looking forward to it!
