V: [Hidden Gem for Healthy Food Enthusiast]What a fantastic discovery! Tried this random restaurant, and it turned out to be one of our favorites in Quebec. The food was absolutely fresh, sourced from quality ingredients. My friends and I each had three bowls, and we all loved it. While the service was a bit slow, it wasn't an issue since we weren't in a rush. Highly recommend this spot if you're a fan of healthy and delicious food.
Michele Marier: Big Island delicious, to come back for sure!
E.E. M.: Delicious!!! My friend and I simply LOVED our bowls. It is certain that we will come back!impeccable & smiling service, cleanliness 10/10 and the little hidden terrace is a real discovery!!!

Mynou Baillargeon: Impeccable service and crazy flavor.Everything is masterfully portioned to create the best flavor combination. And what about the habanero-lime sauce, I would put it in my salad every day.
Manon Ouellet: A delicious stop on the road! We will definitely stop there again. Fast counter service and my Ponzu poké was frankly delicious even if the quantity of fish could have been a little better... it's still very reasonable compared to the price. My friend had a pokérrittos and found that the Nori had softened quickly, so the texture of the seaweed was not very pleasant and it was difficult to eat. But the flavor of the content was good.

Nathalie Bisier: The best vegan sushi in Quebec, without a doubt. They are always delicious, well prepared and visually appetizing. Vegan options are clearly marked on the menu and there are several. I order regularly, it's my favorite spot 💛Vegetarian options: Vegan options clearly indicated on the menu.

Guylaine Chamberland: Alright
Valentin Karolczyk: After tasting the NIHON sushi bar, it is difficult to return to classic sushi chains like Yuzu or sushi shop! The sushi is very refined, lots of options, vegan / without seaweed etc… the staff is very flexible regarding different food intolerances.
Claude Hardy: Very good sushi
Stéphanie Lavallée: Excellent sushi. Service 7/10… lack of experience and staff. And very long wait, but oh well. The food and wine are good so I still recommend ☺️

Lisa Amarilla: Delicious ! Every time I go to Quebec, I have lunch or dinner there, but it is a must for my trip. The only thing I'm always disappointed with is the coffee, they're not too good at that.

Andrés Duarte: The Sam Bistro is an amazing experience once you enjoy their menu and drinks. The view is beautiful and the service is excellent. Laurie the hostess saved our night because there was an error with our reservarion, and David provided the right recommendations for food.I would highly recommend this place, as you get to enjoy a nice dinner at the Chateau Frontenac with an amazing view.
Blair Willow: Beautiful experience overall, ask to be seated in the alcove, that's where the million dollar view is!Parking: Ask your server to validate your parking before leaving.
Jeff Stallwood: Well deserved stop to have a nice meal on my way out East for a couple weeks

Cedric S.: Pleasant atmosphereVery good,
Nicole Goodspeed: was semi enclosed from foot traffic and opened to cute courtyard that was child friendly. They were accomodating and brought solid little high chairs ans coloring sets.
Kris Z.: Great dishes at good prices. The friendly staff will take care of you from the moment you enter. You can feel the amazing atmosphere of the place.
Charles Brunet: Third time last sunday and as always it was amazing. Great wine selection and nice cocktails. Decent-to-good service as you sometimes feel like the servers really want to upcharge you by excessively suggesting add-ons etc, but quick service as well, and I never ran out of anything. The food is amazing and really a great way to experience Quebec cuisine and produce/meat. All flavors are insane, and the portions are generous, leaving you satisfied and full.Personal highlight would be the duck foie gras terrine and the salted honey pie.
