Littoral - Hôtel & Spa: what do users think?

Caroline Chausse: We had a prestige box for a panoramic room with private balcony overlooking the river,They gave us a room on the ground floor overlooking the parking lot! I returned to reception and 2 minutes later we had a beautiful room as planned in our box! Fast and courteous service from the young boy at reception! Charming room, very clean and comfortable! We loved our stay! And what about the view from the balcony! Wowww.... I recommend! There are even small glass wine glasses 😉🤩Rooms: Super cleanComfortableBed a little hard but that depends on individual tastesNearby activities: 10 minutes by car from old Quebec!Safety: Door with a secure unique code

Hadi Shojaee: Amazing Hotel which deserve one star more. Receptionist was very helpful with warm welcome. Absolutely I’ll return here again anytime pass by Quebec City either for business or pleasure

RODRIGUEZ MAESTRO SUSANA: Zoé gave me a wonderful facial treatment. She is very professional and friendly.

Nancy St-Germain: When we arrived, the hotel had not received our reservation so it was a bit of a bumpy ride because it no longer had any rooms. But fortunately the manager organized everything, a room was put in reserve. Surprise, we even got lunch, which we had paid for despite the late reservation, but it ended up being really good. Clean room, courteous service. We are happy.

Hotel Fairmont Le Château Frontenac Spa: what do users think?

Ghislain Nguemeta: This is the best way to show your professional know-how

Urmi Patel: Nice architecture and beautiful construction. The tour guide explain everything really well. They have detailed tour for 1 hour. They also had nice small museum inside the hotel. Views from the hotel was great. Must visit once. You need to park your vehicle on any paid parking lot and you can visit all places and streets nearby.

David: We celebrated our wedding there.Truly beyond our expectations. The red carpet was rolled out for us!Everything was AMAZING. We were very spoiled. Now we know what castle life is like.

Tom Schutt: We had a regular room that looked into the court yard, so we could not see the city or the river. However, the bee hives are interesting. The room was very nice. Fairly basic. However, the bed was very comfortable. The most impressive thing we noticed was how incredibly clean the rooms are. The housekeeping staff on the Sixth floor is OUTSTANDING. I apologize for not knowing their names, but they get gold stars. The hotel is of course, very beautiful. The buffet breakfast was wonderful. I’m not normally into buffets, but the croissants are outstanding as well as the cheeses available. The hotel has many activities that are included in your stay and I strongly suggest as soon as you get settled in your room, you visit the concierge desk and find out about the included activities. We went to a Mixology class that was hosted by Jeremy. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. We liked him immediately. As luck would have it, in the hotel bar, Jeremy was our bartender 3 out of 4 days. He made us wonderful cocktails and educated us as to the ingredients and liquors used in the cocktails. We went through the entire list of specialty cocktails and enjoyed every one. Each one was a party in your mouth with the combination of flavors. Jeremy is a particularly nice person and I would guess he is going places. He is also very knowledgeable of the history of the different liquors used in our cocktails and of the City of Quebec in general. The day Jeremy was unable to be our bartender, Pamela took very good care of us. She is funny, knowledgeable, very particular about our cocktails. The cocktails were wonderful and being in the bar was educational and entertaining. We visited the spa for a couples massage. In short that was wonderful, except I disturbed my wife with copious snoring, is the repot I got.The porters are friendly and eager to help. It seems to be a theme at the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac that the employees are history buffs. One porter, who’s name I did not get, but I’ll just call him Handle Bars. You will know him when you see him. He basically drew out a walking tour for me to take. He explained the importance of Louis XIV to the founding of Quebec and the French General who was placed in charge of defending the city. I appreciate the history lessons. If we ever get back to Quebec City, we will stay at the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac again.

Cynthia Schadt: Beautiful hotel in the center of historic Old Quebec

Pascal ROGER: Incredible but true

Claudette L'Heureux: Very nice fire evening

Peter Eschstruth: You should see it when visiting Quebec

Lou Mustillo: The best deep tissue massage. RMT was excellent and very professional. Room was nice and RMT ensured room temperature and music were at appropriate levels. Brought a nice cold glass of water following treatment. It was expensive, but worth it.

Suzanne Christmas: Only visited the lo by area. Full of luxury.

VIJAYA VARMA.P.R: Beautiful place to visit. Magnificent structure.

dd (DD97400): Magnificent Renaissance style hotel inspired by the castles of the Loire. It is located in old Quebec on a beautiful promenade overlooking the Saint Laurent. A must-see in this city.

Any-Claude Robitaille: We had an AMAZING 4 day stay at Entourage. We ate two evenings at the excellent restaurant l’île with an impenetrable view of the lake and the open kitchen.Room service is 10/10 with coffee, cereal and organic milk. A big thank you to Moustafa for the little touches that were greatly appreciated! We’re coming back for sure! 🙌🏼🌼Rooms: Spotless room!

Sophie Laferriere: I had the chance to attend a conference at this hotel for 3 nights. I loved everything! The staff is welcoming and professional. The rooms are comfortable, clean with an incredible view. We were very well received during our conferences and meetings, the meals were generous, varied and delicious. The rooms are a good size for the number of people who were present at the conference. There is also plenty to keep the children entertained, with the games room, the activities on offer, the beach, the lake, the outdoor swimming pool and the spa. Special mention to Sylvain and Johanne who served us during our Saturday dinner! A charming, friendly and devoted little couple. I will definitely return with my family.

Émilie Houde: Hotel highlights Great view …

Mathieu Leblanc: We slept very well during our stay

Marie Prudhomme: Everything is always perfect! The place is very clean and the staff really attentive. The location is great and the landscape enchanting.Don’t hesitate to eat in the restaurant which offers delicious dishes 🤤I recommend this place without hesitation.

Caroline Vien: We have just returned from a short weekend spent at Manoir du Lac Delage. Everything was perfect. If I had stuck to certain opinions I would not have gone there. Excellent service whether at reception or in the restaurant. Excellent food, nothing to complain about and the room ok...the bathroom could do with a little updating but super clean. We took advantage of the on-site facilities, spa, sauna and indoor pool. And what about the landscape 🤩 Everything is there to have a great time. I recommend it to you without hesitation.

Village Vacances Valcartier: what do users think?

Brigitte Leclerc: The Valcartier Hotel is pleasant and comfortable accommodation. We enjoyed our stay. However, the dining experience does not match the accommodation. Bora Parc is pleasant, but designed for families. We found the attractions almost violent. The entities, which have just brought together their operations, need training. In certain respects, there are curious practices, notably that of offering a single payment method for the rental of a secure locker only using cell phones. At a cost of $15, these lockers are vastly overpriced.

SERGIO ARELLANO: Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Yes

Gloriose KANYANGE: I visited the site and saw that it is a good place for leisure, vacation, rest…Reservation recommended Yes …

J LA: A great place to spend the day / night with the kids. We stayed in the campground for 2 nights, which was conveniently located close to the water park. The kids had a fantastic time on the variety of water slides. There is something for everyone. From younger kids to adults it is a fun filled destination. The two lazy rivers are so well done, the obstacle courses were a big hit also. The facilities are well maintained. We will return in the future to try out the indoor water park and hotel.

Strøm spa nordique / Vieux-Québec: what do users think?

Sebastien C.: Spa very clean, very pleasant and quite large.

Mellicsart: Great experience. Best spa in Quebec in terms of quality/price.

Fatimata Traore: I had a fantastic time, the staff are very friendly and smiling. The complex offers a wide choice of baths, swimming pools, sauna, relaxation rooms, etc. It was a wonderful experience.

Franklin Valderrama: So awesome

Milena Fonseca: A unique experience, I have gone twice, the first in winter and the second in summer. Each time I came out refreshed and relaxed.Delicious food and very nice and elegant spa.

Kyle Holder: Great experience. Clean, friendly staff, many areas to explore. Looking forward to returning.

Emilie Chamade: Amazing experience in this beautiful relaxing place. The low price after 5 p.m. is well worth the cost for a 5-star welcome, access to multiple options and quality products.

Dan Jones: Really good experience! Multiple different variants of hot/cold features plus a lot of relaxing pools. My only critique/suggestion would be additional places of hydration as some of the extreme temperature shifts can be dehydrating. Make sure to bring flip flops or sandals or you’ll need to purchase from the spa.

David Millson: Left feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated. I recommend making a booking before going.

Pluc Drolet: View only from the outside but looked very good to me!👍

eric thibaut: A must do when you go to QuebecThe view is magnificent, the spa and hamam pools are very well maintained.Everything is clean.Super relaxing.

And we also eat very, very well! In short, a perfect score for me! I would definitely go back!Rooms: Very pretty and cozy and impeccable.Safety: Rooms not accessible to non-magnetic card holders.Walkability: Directly in the heart of Quebec!Food & drinks: Very good and very healthy. I loved the silent breakfasts in the refectory. They were delicious.

Myriam Blanchette-Sylvestre: How can I say... My stay was simply perfect... I stayed 2 days at the Monastère des Augustines using the individual rejuvenation stay for the nursing staff. It allowed me to reconnect with myself, to take care of myself. This place is so rich and so peaceful, so inspiring. The food was excellent, the staff welcoming, the places...breathtaking! I also loved the activities offered, whether it was the visit to the Museum, yoga, the meditative walk, the Se Re-cueillr exhibition, the caring course...I did it all and I would do it again. I slept in the authentic room and it is very cute and comfortable. I highly recommend it! Thank you from all my heart, with all my gratitude, Myriam

Yenny Delgado: Wow!!! Beautiful place to calm the soul and the body. And visit the history of Quebec.Hotel highlights Romantic, Quiet, Great value …

Brigitte Turgeon: Rooms: Dormir comme sur un nuageFabuleuxSafety: Très sécuritaire

Marcos Fuentes: Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Old Town Quebec City that wishes to have a serene and relaxing stay that is within walking distance of everything. We stayed in one of the contemporary rooms and found it to be neat, clean, and well appointed. While there was no TV in the room, we took the opportunity to disconnect a bit more than we would during a typical vacation and enjoyed the quiet of the hotel. There is a bit of a walk between the hotel entrance to the elevator and up to the rooms, but just a minor detail to note. The wifi worked great and the included breakfast buffet was simple in a good way, delicious, and nutritious. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Old Town QC.

Egor Maristo: A nice placeLocation: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view …

Marie-Andrée Legault: but I will go back. I didn't realize how much good it would do me.I met some beautiful people!Thank you for everything!

Auberge Saint-Antoine Relais & Châteaux: what do users think?

cécile: The hotel is beautiful, the service was incredible. The decor of our room didn't really fit with the charm of the hotel but otherwise it was perfect 👌Super well located next to the old port, in old Quebec and next to the museum of civilization it could hardly be better placed. And their choice of tea was a discovery

Anju Patwardhan: One of the most charming hotels I have stayed in. It’s a small boutique hotel on the water and has a warm, cozy atmosphere. The bar and restaurant staff are excellent and very helpful. Rooms are lovely with a huge desk and a large bathroom. The hotel has some excellent artworks and ancient pieces all over the property. The lobby has a cozy fireplace and lots of books. The location is great and is short walk from the old town, the marina and shopping street.

Marie Chouinard: Hotel highlights Quiet

Emily Foell: I would highly recommend the Auberge Saint-Antoine! I stayed here with a work/group conference, working with David. I was a part of the organizing and the service experience has been top notch. Everything from great communication to personal touches throughout the visit. Anytime I come to Quebec City I will definitely be staying here!

MANU BAHL: Loving my stay here.the staff is amazing, friendly and taking very good care of us.definitely will be returning to this Hotel.I would Highly recommend this place 👍👍👍👍

eric siconnelly: Service: 5/5

Kelly Joyce: were all so kind and helpful. They made myself and my kids feel like VIPs. Our suite was huge, the bathroom gigantic, and the bed very comfortable. The location of the hotel put us within walking distance to everything. Great restaurants, shops, and historic sites were all around us. I could have actually just stayed at the hotel and would have had an amazing time! I would come back again and hope I do soon.

Sarah Berchild: One of the best stays! Central location, close to Le Petit Champlain for beautiful shopping and the best eateries, not to mention amazing hot chocolate in winter. If you decide to stay in the hotel offers excellent service, rooms are complete with soft, warm and comfy robes, sandals and a turn down service of amazing tea and chocolate. The hotel restaurant bar, Artefact, is great. We stopped in for light fare. I highly recommend the "last word" cocktail. The soup, bread, and warm artichoke dip was outstanding. The hotel also offers laundry service which was able to wash our clothes within 24 hour turnaround.Would come back in a heartbeat.

Hanna Hudson: loved our one night stand!our room had a terrace with great views.the heated bathroom floor and huge bath tub were a plus.ate dinner at bar artifact and had a lovely time. the food was TO DIE FOR, highly recommend the burger. awesome cocktails a well.the staff were incredibly and friendly and took very good care of us.definitely will be returning the only issue we had was that the shower gel was never refilled before we got to our room. Hôtel 71 Preferred Hotels & Resorts LIFESTYLE.: what do users think?

Mickael Andraud: Very good hotel with good value for money! The rooms are beautiful and the location is ideal. It’s a nice surprise!Small downside: the staff overall lacks professionalism but everyone is friendly and tries to do their best.Small example: an employee finishes at 4 p.m. and spends almost an hour complaining about working overtime, only to... end up spending an hour complaining in the hotel lobby in front of all the customers that her superiors were abusing... too bad.To do again

詩惟Cleo: , but the receptionist still told us where there are shops to look at. The main thing is that the room is very clean. Comfortable, and free capsule coffee 🏻 🏻 🏻

MAXOU GOD: I stayed with my dog Maxou in superior room 721 with a splendid view of the Château Frontenac. Beautiful decoration, modern, comfortable and super clean. We will return there😍Rooms: Modern and super clean

michel brochu: A little special mention for Angèle’s service in the 4th. She is an employee who has the 71 at heart 🏻!With a very special song… It brought sunshine to our day! After a visit here 13 years ago, it is a magnificent place where it is good to enjoy a stopover! Thank you all for your hospitality! And glad to have chatted with probably the oldest employee lady at lunch. We will come back and stay there to taste your croissants 🥐! THANKS

Felix Al: Really happy with my choice of hotel during my stay in Quebec.Great view of the river, classy room, spacious and very clean!Nice little gym with various training equipment.I already know where I'm going to stay next time!Thank you to the entire 71 team for your very warm welcome.

Maurice Tremblay: The hotel is in a great location. Exemplary staff.I hadn't paid attention to the business model: access to dogs. I met 5 dogs in 48 hours. Anyway! The crusaders with their masters. How are you!Hearing a dog upstairs, barking for 2 hours in the evening! That's another matter. This business model does not suit me. We like it or we don't like it.Rooms: Good sizeSafety: Safe

Voyages Travelista: We loved our stay. Everything was perfect. Impeccable valet parking service, even despite the snow storm when we left, the service was fast and excellent. The location was perfect. The room was comfortable, the beds too. What can we say about the magnificent Italian shower! Wow! We felt spoiled. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The lunch room is a little small in busy times, however. The espresso/cappuccino machine was a great idea. In short, we will definitely recommend and return. A big thank-you!Walkability: Very easy to access by at least 2 adjacent streets. Close to services, restaurants etc...

Siberia Station Spa: what do users think?

Vicky Imbeault (Sam): The best spa in Quebec. I have it all done and Siberia has the best quality/price. There is food for everyone, from salad & soup to croissants and muffins. I'm removing one star because I think that silence is not respected enough. I'm going there to relax, not hear about your weekend. There's even a section for whispering! As for the rest, the fact that you can bring your own bathrobe is nice and the towels are unlimited!

Alienor Renault: Magic

Bonjour: 1 hour massage with Lady Franche...WOW...never had a massage of such quality. You are a big plus in a company where experience, quality and gentleness are essential...Hoping to benefit from your services again soon!!!!Thank you Lady FrankStrongly recommended!!!

Gabriel Bélanger: Best spa in town

Yves Plourde: My daughter invited me and everything was perfect

Guillaume Boudrias: Great relaxing place, the facilities are complete, very nice variety of spas and relaxation in the countryside to boot!

SEONGJIK YANG: It's a place worth visiting. Please bring slippers, otherwise you will have to buy them at a high price. I bought them because I was told I had to, but there were many people who just walked around barefoot. I had to pay separately for the gown, so I only used towels, but you can always change the towels.

Nicolas Niquette: Wonderful place

Katherine Guy: Very nice welcome, Massotherapeute Sophie very professional, listening to her client's body. Discovered all my little problems in one session. Impeccable technique. What can we say about the clean, enveloping spa, surrounded by nature, what more could you ask for. Lots of very varied rest space for all tastes. The river gives an enchanting landscape. The bistro is magnificent, the food excellent. Thank you, I had a great day

Alexis Gauthier: Rare spa which limits the number of people so not too many people in the baths and such. Super quiet but a little too close to the road in some places

Thibault Fertey-Richard: . No hair dryer, cramped place and above all, the showers have some sort of separation panels which allow you to see into the next shower with a plastic shower curtain worthy of a 0 star motel.I would come back to it though.

Céline Sim: As someone interested in massages and spas, my experience at Sibérie Spa was very satisfying. It’s a treasure in Quebec!Although less than a 20-minute drive from Quebec City, the Nordic thermal baths located in the magnificent Lac Beauport forest, away from the city center, are a unique place to feel the atmosphere of nature at through the four seasons. I think this is a great strength of the Siberian spa, because it is a place where you can relax in the presence of magnificent nature.🌲🌿All the staff are very friendly and give you a warm and smiling welcome. The eucalyptus-scented hammam was special and my favorite was the dark, wood-heated relaxation room. The hammock was so comfortable I wondered where I could buy it!I also liked the fact that in addition to the thermal bath, there were many spaces here and there where you could relax quietly inside, surrounded by large windows. Therefore, many people visited the spa alone. You can have a great relaxing time even if you go alone.Free hot tea was provided and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were provided in the shower room making it comfortable to use. What was disappointing was that even though it wasn't outside, it would have been better if inside there was soft, spa-like music playing over the speakers. speakers inside, which would have created a better atmosphere. It was so static that I felt a little bored.Regardless, it was a very satisfying place to relax.Tips before using this place: Reservations are not possible, so leave early during the week for a quiet and relaxing experience!Bathrobes and slippers are not free, so if you have them, it is best to bring them from home.If you want to free yourself from electronic devices, it would be a good idea to leave your cell phone in a locker, bring a book and relax 😊

Gian Carlo Delgado: they were super nice as well and boosted my courage to learn french, which is barely existent at this point amd only know a few words because of school ;

tony: Super hotel just literally outside the old town, with the best views over quebec from our room on the 20th floorVery helpful and friendly staff especially the consiegeThe only down side is the breakfast, a long line waiting for a table even though there were plenty of empty tables it was taking 5 minutes to seat each table and if you are a gold member you can have breakfast for free except if you want a sausage with it then it costs you $15 a head, really!!!!Rooms: Super comfy beds, towels could be bigger and softer thoughWalkability: You really can't get nearer to the old town still enjoy the views

Sabine Sampanidis: Really friendly and accommodating staff. The view from the river side is simply breathtaking. We'll go back as soon as possibleRooms: A bit small but comfortable and has everything you need. Impeccably clean.Nearby activities: 5 minutes walk from the gates of Old QuebecSafety: No complaintsWalkability: We park and walk around. Really good location
