Mélanie Loranger: My history with the G&M dental center is recent, but my nightmare with my teeth lasted several years. From the age of 25 I started losing bits of my teeth. Over the years I stopped smiling completely. Every day the fear of not being able to eat anymore and of losing a tooth again made me definitely unhappy. Got to the point of being angry about this situation. I have seen several dentists in my life and I hated sitting in their chairs.I took my courage and did my research. One day I had the chance to speak with Sonia. A glimmer of hope finally appeared to me. From the first visit I felt confident, listened to and reassured by Dr Girard. He was able to find the best solution for me above all. The intervention was major but I don't regret it in any way. I have an All One Four on top and three implants on the bottom. I only had 8 savable bottom teeth left. The whole process went well, the pain after the surgery was mild. The whole team takes care of you and is concerned about your well-being. On an aesthetic level, Dr. Martineau, who is so kind and gentle, is a true artist of the perfect smile for you. No fear or stress with them. All very qualified, professional and above all human above all.Thanks to them I have a quality of life again. I can show my teeth to my daughter to teach her how to brush her teeth. What makes me the happiest is that I can finally take photos with them. What may seem trivial to some is huge for someone who is self-conscious about a toothless smile. Jean-Philippe Dionne: I had an excellent dentist from my childhood who unfortunately retired and was replaced by someone with whom I had little affinity or trust. It was therefore by happy coincidence that I met Dr Louis-Philipe Jacques with whom I subsequently made an appointment. From the first minutes of the consultation I clearly saw that his methodology for identifying and correcting a problem was different from what I had known before. He took the time necessary to explain to me, make sure I understood and was comfortable with what happened next before going any further. Since then I have also realized that even the cleaning was more complete than elsewhere and the follow-ups more rigorous. But beyond the skills, what really makes the difference for me is the relationship I now have with the different members of the team who are like the one with Dr. Jacques. This is certainly what makes me so comfortable when I have to present myself there. I have continued to refer her to my loved ones since I discovered this clinic.
