The advisors and technicians are competent. I recommend this place. The quality/price ratio is there. They are also open to any changes or additions of components depending on their cost. In addition, having purchased Alienware type computers in the past, I have never had such good service with them because with Alienware I was extremely disappointed with the service. Furthermore, the components used are not proprietary, which favors and facilitates updates, additions or replacements. Thanks again to Gaétan and François.

I brought it in the first time and they couldn't find the problem. I returned it and told them that the computer started not opening again and they agreed to take it back for free and sell me a new battery.
