Laurent Wielgosz: I thought I was going to return Rubi a favour by posting a hugely favorable feedback, but by reading the below it seems they might not need it - there’s already tremendous amounts of positive feedback.I had water crossover issues with two shower valves installed by contractors 10 years ago. I wrote to Rubi customer service and was quickly sent valve cleaning instructions. When that didn’t work, I was proposed to purchase replacement check valves and new cartridges at a really reasonable price. When I went to order them, Mr. Desrosiers proposed to send them over for free along with instructions. I got them at home, 2 days later, installed them, problem solved.Not many companies go above and beyond like this and I feel Rubi deserves the recognition of outstanding after sales service.Thank you Rubi
